Location, cleanliness, attentive staff, accommodatong and value for money

Bed was very hard, advised the team about this and they said wasnt anything they could do only turn the mattress around. Matress were v old. Solo travelling so the room suited my needs and expectations, however would not stay here as a couple as it was basic. But excellent for my own needs and expectations. Staff very attentive, accomodation spotlessly clean, great value for money, lovation to beach and centre ideal, only 5 min walk to beach

The staff was amazing and really took care of you as a guest. The reception was open 24/7 which means they take late check ins and they keep track of you key if you’re out.

The only thing I disliked about the hotel was the showers. There was almost no space and there was a showercurtain that touches when you shower which I have a problem with. If that’s not all you care about I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

It was the 2nd time in a month I stayed here for a running event in Torrevieja and you will not get better value for money anywhere. Although it is basic, the hotel gets all the essentials spot on, warm room with heating in very cold weather, great hot shower, comfortable bed, what more could you want and it is spotlessly clean throughout, well done Hotel Cano

There is nothing not to like really I guess if you were staying in the summer a little fridge in the rooms would help

Basic room but clean and comfortable. I had a double room with a little patio/balcony. Staff always helpful and friendly. I didn't eat in the hotel but they do have a small area for a simple breakfast, coffee etc. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby - Google, "Best cafe", "best breakfast near me" etc ... worked well for me!

TV was small with no international channels. Not a smart TV so no Netflix etc but internet was fine so can use own devices.

Rooms were a good size, everything was neat & tidy, bathroom was in good order, hotel dog was adorable, good location, hotel has a lift. We stayed for one night and I felt it was good value for money.

Breakfast was very basic, tea & toast, but was only 5€. Website offers parking which there is, but at an extra cost which it doesn’t mention, & the car had to be in it before 9pm which didn’t work for us anyway but I wish I’d have known beforehand.

Nice option near to the Bus station, especially for travelers like me who are in transit. The location is good, and the staff is polite and friendly. I was given a very nice room with really large double bed and the balcony. All was very clean, bathroom was comfortable, nothing bad to say! There is a breakfast, too - very simple, however so nice when you have to leave early in the morning and there is no time to search for nearby cafeterias. Spent here one night, and I am satisfied with price and quality.

For longer stay, the hair dryer would be a little missing. However, was no issue for me due to short stay.

The room was cleaned every single day and was spotless. The hotel staff were very kind. The room meeted the expectations of a basic 2 person bedroom. The airconditioning was always on point. Overall a very good room

The location of the hotel was in a very rough neighbourhood. There was a lot of grafiti and homeless people. At some places you could smell a very hard urination smell in the streets.

A basic hotel but I found it very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the car parking essential as there was very limited parking in the town. The location was quite good only 10 minutes walk from the sea front. I also felt that the hotel was quite secure with keys being left in reception and picked up from the 24hr concierge.

The 5euro breakfast was little basic when a full English breakfast could be had locally for less than 2 euros more.

Central location, near to seafront and bus stops. Room was clean and comforyable with an outside balcony. The breakfast was "continental", but sufficient.

I speak very little Spanish at present, and the staff didn't speak English, contrary to what's advertised, so communication was difficult. Also, the staff, although efficient, were not very friendly, and made me feel uncomfortable. However, l would stay there again , as the plusses outweigh the negatives !

Everything about this hotel fulfilled my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff, close proximity to shops, taxi rank, bus station and easy walking distance to town and seafront paseo.

Only thing I can say is, the 3 steps up to the entrance hall. I only really had a bit of difficulty on arrival as I walk with a walking stick. But the hand rail was useful.
