The breakfast was good with plenty of choice including hot dishes. The service was very good considering the lack of restaurant staff.

The swimming pool was ‘ taken over’ by a group of load and boisterous thugs playing ball games in the middle of the swimming area making it impossible for other guests to enter the water. One teenage lad was being allowed to jump many times into the water intimidating people trying to enjoy a quiet time. Major supervisory action is required!

my overall stay was perfect but the only down fall was the staff that catered the breakfast. We had a twin room that included breakfast, when we went down to have something to eat we were told that it wasn’t included and found the staff in that particular area to be quite rude about the situation. They were in no ways wanting to help resolve this so I had to take it up with the receptionists who were great with resolving it and clarifying that it did indeed include the breakfast but at this point we needed to leave due to plans so therefore had to pay to eat elsewhere meaning we therefore didn’t get the full value of what we had paid at the property.

Breakfast was excellent but could have had a little choice ,, ie ;prawns ,salmon ,pickled fish. Room was ok but a little run down, shower laked power. Swimming pool was excellent but you do need to put a towel down on a sun bed. Not sure about the boy in the corner guarding chairs and sun beds,, mostly he was watching his lap top. The bar was really good cocktails to die die for ,, best mojitos ive ever had. Afternoon and evening meals for outstanding. Wifi was a little slow,, Car park huge and has a fence around it.

The cleaning staff were banging doors and screaming up and down the corridors. Doors need a little oil to stop them screaching. Blankets in my room were dirty. Many parts of the car park fence need repair.

Hotel lovely ang great location. Reception and restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lovely and quiet. Spa area lovely.

Leaflet said pool open 11:00 which is far too late in this weather. Fortunately guests were going earlier and we did too. My husband is in a wheelchair and we must have been too early one morning and were stopped from entering by the man cleaning the area round the pool. This was after breakfast. We left and returned later to find he had been called away from the pool to help other workmen. We set up our sunbeds and shade when he came back to clean the grounds. He stopped more people from setting up but I couldn't pack up and get my husband in the wheelchair again so he cleaned round us but was not too happy. I don't think this is the right way to treat guests. We are in our 70s not rowdy kids. This is about our 4th visit to the hotel and live in Spain..

A very friendly welcome and the staff will go out of their way to help you, we checked in early in the morning, and had no issues. The pool area is also very well maintained, and the sunbeds are of good quality. Comfortable bed/pillows, good air conditioning and beautiful decoration throughout.

The breakfast could have been hotter, if you choose those options, but the selection was good, and it was enjoyable. There's not alot that the hotel can do about it either, but you probably do need a car, if staying longer than a few days, as there's not alot to do within walking distance.

We booked spontaneously a premium Suite. Check In was efficient and smooth, staff was helpful. We got a picknick (early breakfast) offered due to our early check out to catch our flight. Chen and Gara at the restaurant Botanico offered a very attentive and professional kind service- would always come back just because of their outstanding guest focused mentality. Another colleague in the same shift on the evening could definitely learn from them. Welcoming guests service oriented and kind should be the core of hospitality.

While Golf is mentioned in the hotel name, it is not located on a golf resort. The closest one is around a 10 minute drive

Lovely quiet and clean pool. Good location. Room size good. Inside bar is beautiful

We had ants in our room. The reception staff were lovely on arrival and quickly sorted a couple of small issues with our rooms. The woman behind the pool bar spent ages with her back to the customers, ignoring us - to the stage that we went elsewhere. She just stood scrolling through her phone. Four times this happened to us. The other guests were also becoming frustrated. She was quite quick to order the lifeguard about though

We stayed for four days including Christmas Day and had a great time. The staff in the hotel are so friendly and welcoming in every single area. They are a real asset. We enjoyed the spa. The garden and terraces are beautifully kept. Entertainment on two evenings was very good. The choice at breakfast was excellent. Our Christmas day lunch was delicious. The bike storage facility , with tools etc is a plus . Free parking also. There is a selection of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

One or two minor issues stopped me giving a 10. The beds and pillows were a bit soft. The relaxation area of the spa was a bit cold. On one of our sessions the massage chairs were used by two guests for nearly an hour- maybe a time limit could be introduced?

Very nice hotel with great facilities.

Fantastic room size with our own terrace. However the room we stayed in was a bit outdated. Could do with modernising.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was amazing but was disappointed to learn that once I had to excited the breakfast restaurant, I could not go back in (despite the fact that it was still open). I only nipped out to get my medication.

You should be allowed to nip out of the breakfast restaurant and go back in. You have to go out for the bathroom for example.
