Very good value for money. The place is kept clean and contains everything you need for a budget. When I asked about a taxi and a washing tablet via booking.com they were happy to oblige

We came back at around 1am on the last night (Friday) to find out that the two swipe cards have been deactivated and that the front gate wouldn't open. We rang the number and did get through, but for a few minutes we were worried we'd be locked out. Should ensure the cards aren't prematurely deactivated.

Excellent appartament for 2, Good Wifi, comfortable beds. Convinient late check-in. Good contact with staff. Free parking on the street next to the building. Clean swimming pool

Location is excellent and security very good. Demitri the Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was simply furnished and very clean. Loved the private balcony with distant sea views. Plenty if space / great WiFi connection.

I booked a one bedroom apartment which was excellent. It was located up a flight of stairs which might be difficult for some people . However, Demitri was very obliging and carried my case for me.

Comfortable apartments in a small aparthotel with a swimming pool. Air conditioners are available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you need. There are no problems with parking. Friendly staff. Thanks to Dmitry for taking care of the guests.

One long pillow for two on a double bed is not comfortable.

Good base for exploring the Torrevieja area and beyond, easy access to 322 coast road. Various eateries .5 mile/13 min walk or 2.2mile/6 min drive (via urbanisation), supermarkets in same area. We had an upper floor apartment with balcony over looking pool. It was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, fridge (with ice box), washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 TVs and WiFi with good connectivity. Things we liked most: the air conditioning was excellent, washing machine a bonus, WiFi was great for our forward planning, the apartment was very spacious, bed was comfortable, balcony large and had a lovely view over the tree tops of adjacent park to the sea beyond. Beaches (which were lovely) were within walking distance via a bridge over the 322 coast road. The complex is small and friendly with plenty on street parking in a quiet area. This older style property furnished to suit represents excellent value for money.

Kids area needs an urgent revamp, it’s functional but tired looking. Balcony furniture needs a really good scrub.

The staff were really responsive and friendly. The pool was lovely and the balcony was perfect for midday when we wanted to be able to move in and out the sun easily!

Enjoyable stay, apartment was as advertised.

It's a bit of a walk to go anywhere.

They don't serve breakfast as they are seperate apartments (self catering) The Manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly even though he does'nt speak much English but we got by with no problems

Beds could be more updated but adequate (reflected in the price ) Standard value accomodation

I really liked the placement of the hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. I really liked they have electric fans.

It took Time to get someone to let us in on arrival Fortunately my daughter speaks Spanish and the premises responded.
