Really clean, really nice staff and the apartment was very pretty

No Wi-Fi

spotless, freshly painted apartment. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Big balcony with sun all morning. Fully stocked kitchen had kettle, toaster as well as filter coffee maker. Welcome pack was great - 2l bottle of water, carton of milk, tea and coffee sachets with sugar and small biscuits plus a small pack of washing up liquid, cloths and detergent for washing machine. The apartment was spacious for 2 of us and quiet, but we went in March so there were very few other people there. The gardens are lovely and beautifully kept. All in all we had a great weekend there.

The apartment was really nice and spacious. The surroundings were really lovely in a well maintained garden with mature trees and bushes. I was on the top floor and I loved that the tops of the palms were on my level. The balcony was a nice sun trap. The kitchen had everything. There were a few English channels on the telly. I think that the photos were accurate and I wasn't disappointed. If I was in Torrevieja again, I would definitely stay here.

The shower was a bit of a dribble, but the water was hot, on demand and plenty of it. Check in was a chore. I arrived on a Sunday evening at 6:30 and it was dark. I had to enter two codes at reception, which was unmanned, to get my keys. Finding my apartment after that involved a map, a walk and four keys to open gates and doors. The instructions were very clear, but it was tricky in the dark on my own. Worth it though!

Very clean, little welcome pack on arrival, location is amazing with a 5 min walk to beach and restaurants, staff were very nice and parking is very easy around the area. Beds were very comfortable and the pool was very nice as well.

Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a tighten. Be nice if the check in time was earlier and the check out time slightly later.

The staff are just the best we have ever experienced in the many years of holidaying. Pablo, Iruina ( hope I spelled her name right) go above and beyond. Why this property is a 3 star will never know. So good we booked another week 🙌

No wifi

THis is a great option for people who will be staying in Torrevieja for a while. I liked the fact that the place came fully equipped to get started - a sponge, dishwashing liquid for washing dishes, laundry soap for washing clothes - after arriving you don't need to run off to the store to be able to clean up. A/C worked well, the apartment was comfortable and clean - I would consider staying here again

Very comfortable and well equipped

Being told the taxi fare was 60euro, but told by the taxi driver 55, it's 60 if after 7pm,we arrived at 5.15pm, same going back 7.30am pick up should be 55 but taxi driver showed me the email from Aldea mar reception saying charge 60, no big deal as we would have tipped the driver's anyway, but we just like things to be transparent.

Irina, the manager/administrator was amazing. She could not do enough to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Before we even left Scotland she was calling to make sure our airport transfer and key pick-up details were all sorted. She gave us loads of tourist information on checking in. Thanks so much for the fantastic personal service Irina! The apartments were spotless, with everything we needed for a short stay except wifi. That was a mistake on my part, assuming they would have it as a hotel chain. Luckily we had a mobile hotspot and tablet to watch tv in the evening.

No WiFi. No English speaking TV. (We would know next time to download box sets etc,) this would put me off returning. Unable to use the terrace to sunbathe, despite asking on Ona hotels (head office?) Direct messaging service on Facebook, and being told we would be able to use the terrace, but that the pool is closed until 1st June. This meant buying equipment for the beach. Reception being closed on Sundays. Our checkout was 10am, and our evening flight was 9.45 pm. Irina came in on her day off to allow us to store our luggage in the locked reception area, and again in th evening to let us drop off keys, pick up our luggage, and get our taxi. This seems very unfair on her, but it really made a huge difference to our last day.

It was comfortable and clean. Particularly liked the having milk teabags coffee and water on arrival. As well as some soap and shower oil. The Transfer from the airport you arranged . I recommend as the taxi driver had our keys and showed us the Apartment.

Unfortunately at this time of year. The pool was closed ☹️

Lovely lady at check in. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free parking outside the property. Short walk to beach, bars and restaurants.

Loud inconsiderate neighbours during the early hours of the morning!! Shouting, running around and banging doors from 2.30 - 4.30am!
