Good selection for breakfast even though the area was full it was not uncomfortable. Best hotel hairdryer I’ve ever had in a hotel room, especially with having long hair. Due to us property hunting location was good, this was our third stay.

Great location..near lovely restaurants which aren't so busy but also only a 10 mins walk from central Torrevieja. The hotel isn't so modern but has been maintained very well and has everything you need. The rooms are good, air conditioning was amazing with the hot weather. Breakfast was a good spread.

Only minor, minor criticism. The shower was great but always ended up with a lot of water flooding the floor as only half a barrier. And breakfast started at 8 (maybe it was ready before ) but I guess some people might like it earlier.

Located a short walk from the beach and town centre. It has nice restaurants around. The staff was very helpful, understanding and kind: I want to give special thanks for Maria at the reception, she was amazing. The breakfast very good. The air conditioning worked wonderfully.

There was only one socket available to charge my mobile phone and my laptop and it was across the bed. I had to desconnect one of the bed lamps to charge my phone.

Lovely room with small balcony overlooking the main street. Very comfortable ,huge bed.Great over bath shower, hot as you like ! Cleaned daily. Delicious Continental breakfast , great selection.Nice bar up to 9 pm . Friendly staff, very obliging. Pool across the road , short stroll to the beaches , bars & restaurants..

Road works outside the hotel front , which started early, but completed whilst we were there. Some noise at night from passers by, but it is a Hotel in the middle of a very busy upcoming town, so to be expected. Would definitely come back to the Hotel Madrid for a short holiday.

The room was a good size, comfortable and cleaned daily, although you had the option of not having the room cleaned. Staff were great. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of foods, which were always replenished during the breakfast period. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the marina and sea front, with a choice of many restaurants and bars. The bus station is 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel.

The bathroom could have done with an extract fan, as it was internally located with no window. The hotel is located in a commercial and residential area of Torrevieja and with the exception of supermarkets, there are not many facilities nearby for the tourist. Local cafes and bars are generally only Spanish speaking. The visitor would need to venture to the marina or seafront for better facilities.

Really Convenient location to the centre of Torrevieja and restaurants, bars and beaches .. It had all the amenities you could possibly require … Comfortable room with balcony, really good breakfast With a choice of hot and cold food and non-dairy and vegetarian options. Friendly and helpful staff, parking and swimming pool … everything on hand to make your stay in Torrevieja a great experience!

It’s close proximity to the beach and the restaurants.

It is on a busy road and it was very busy. The noise from the traffic was a problem. Also there is building work going on across the road and the workmen started at 8am. The noise from the crane really did disturb your sleep. You couldn’t have a lie in.

nothing. would have been better if the Hotel had it's own restaurant for evening meal. some restaurants close by. the hotel has its own bar where you can get tea coffee beer or wine. staff there very nice. don't sell many snacks. they shut early. very clean. opens early for locals.

Complimentary tea and coffee and kettle in the room would have been great. Early mornings you just want a cup of tea in your room.

room was clean and tidy. air con was good. has a lift. nice little cafe/bar very cheap. car park very handy. had early morning call.

wish they did an evening meal. car park is good. we only stayed one night it would be very expensive if people used it for a week or longer. it is easier to park there than drive around road looking for a space.
