Urban A+++ Hotel

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. I could park right next to the hotel for free, which was a bonus. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful.

There were some discrepancies between the brochure and the actual amenities provided. Specifically, the brochure stated that two complimentary water bottles would be provided, but only one was present in the room. Additionally, on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping was vacuuming in the hallway adjacent to our room, which caused noise disturbance.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very modern and clean. I especially liked the mirror in the bathroom as the lighting can be changed according to your liking, making the process of getting ready easier! The shower was also quite spacious and the rainfall shower head worked perfectly.

There is no way to change the temperature within your room without consulting hotel staff. There is a separate thermostat for every room but as soon as you try to change it, it sets back to the default locked temperature position. It became very very hot during the night and we couldn't sleep well because of this. The bed is also quite small for two people but it is comfy.

I liked better the first time that I came but was good, the breakfast was fresher the first time that I came but they were quite busy.

The girl at the reception wasn't really professional like the one that welcome me the first time, croissant weren't fresh like the first time
