Very easy to access, not a long way off the highway so perfect as a stop in the long journey. Staff is friendly, rooms are smallish but comfy, a bit overpriced, but what isn't nowadays? Also there's SkyDream within 2 minutes walking which is a hamburgers joint (good ones and excellent quality price ratio) and a VR playroom. What else could a geek request? This is not the first time we stay at this hotel, that we like for the convenience and family friendly staff, but now we'll come back every time for sure thanks to SkyDream.

We were greeted very well by Edourado who was very helpful and had a lovely sense of humour, aa great start to our stay. Parking was excellent in a secure yard behind the hotel. THe room was very good, comfortable and had pleasent views from the window. The Breakfast was OK - as it was a "Spanish" breakfast and not something we were used to.

Nothing - it is agreat value for money Hotel, with a nearby restaurant where we had a great meal at a resonable price. So we enjoyed our stay and if we come this way again will definately stay here. In Fact we will look to stay at some of the hotels in your group. Thanks we enjoyed

Clean and comfy, great location- just straight down the road into the heart of the town, close to the desert, close to major routes. Clean and bright cafeteria style area in the front of the hotel and a seating area in the sun just outside. It was a perfect stopover on our way from France to Spain. There is secure parking behind the hotel. As you arrive it looks like a trading estate but keep going, the hotel is at the end. No spectacular views from our room but the desert and mountains are all around.

We sent a request for a first floor room which was acknowledged with a Yes but we were booked into a second floor room. We accepted without question as it’s just a preference, not a necessity. There was a lift as well as a wide staircase.

For an extra charge you were able to have as much as you required, either hot or cold buffet . Good value for money. Secure parking at no extra cost. During the evening of our arrival we ordered a couple of drinks to be delivered to us on the terrace. Yes we had to wait ,perhaps 10 minutes, for them to arrive due to reception being very busy. Because we had to wait they advised that the drinks were on the house. How many establishments would have done that ?

Cant think of anything major. Perhaps the lack of an evening meal but then there were restaurants close to hand.

Very helpful, friendly team. Secure car park to rear. Standard of room and modern decor. Generally very clean and well-maintained. Location good for local shops, Lidl, amenities and road connections.

There were some thick, dark hairs left in the shower tray on arrival... almost like dog hairs??! See photo. View from room not great, but that's a minor issue.

Absolutely everything. When you arrive you are made to feel very welcome. All the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. The manager is a absolute delight and even remembers us from previous visits. The location is good and the secure parking is a real bonus. The hotel is warm and clean, well maintained and the buffet breakfast is excellent value.

Absolutely nothing. Quite simply it's a very well run hotel.

it is easy to find but it is on the edge of town, at least an hours walk to the centre and restaurants. there are eateries close by but they are of the fast food style.

Room clean and well equipped Bed large and comfortable. A no-frills room and hotel but excellent value for money for one night's stay. Location easy to find and only 10 minutes from the city centre

Breakfast was very simple with little choice. For 10€ per person it was a little expensive

Staff exceptionally helpful. Thanks David and Natalie. Our room was excellent for a person with mobility problems (which we had mentioned). Parking secure and breakfast great. No evening meal on premises but local restaurant was packed. We enjoyed pre bought snack and a drink on the terrace.

The hotel was modern, stylish and welcoming. It was in a quiet location. The bedroom was clean, modern and comfy with a big bed, nice sheets and good shower. Breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The owner was friendly and helpful

Perhaps that due to the location there wasn’t much choice in where to eat in the evening.
