We were very satisfied with the apartment and the operators who promptly and willingly answered my questions before the trip. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Entry to and exit from the apartment are well-organized. It was nice to find a bottle of water prepared in the fridge upon our arrival. The location is excellent, with the metro (to the airport and downtown) and tram a 5-6 minute walk away, and we reached downtown on foot in 25 minutes.

Hosts were amazingly pleasant and forthcoming. They made our stay great and helped us with everything. They let us check in early according to our flight schedule, prepared everything for our arrival. Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great experience!

Easy to find, close to metro, bus and train and store. Good communication.. Excellent service - the host immediatelly organised some repair work on the bathroom doors. The towels are daily changed. We as a family enjoyed very much during our stay in Valencia.

The sofa in living room could be more comfortable, if it is used also as a bed.

The flat was nice and clean. The location is also pretty good. Additional advantage - good supermarket is located nearby. Towels were changed each 3 days (and there were a lot of them). Also the owners provided a good crib when we asked for it

We had to wait for information about how to access luggage room, so we lost a bit of time in the first day. Also a coffee machine was a piece of cheapest crap. And garbage bags were provided in a very limited amount (even though there were a lot of toilet paper etc)

The apartment was nice, even bigger than we expected (we were worried being a family of 4 with 2 grown-up kids). It was convenient to have the toilet and the shower separated. 4 people is definitely the limit but we were reasonably comfortable for 1 week.

In the kitchen there was a lot of ... "junk" left probably by previous guests. A box of pasta with maybe 50 grams of pennes. Some opened containers of food/condiments. Even coffee capsules for a different maker (Krups - in the apartment there's Nespresso) I'm not too picky but the vast majority of that stuff is completely useless and it only takes up space.

location very central,apartment very clean and comfortable. Information very clear on entering and leaving building also facility for leaving luggage very helpful .would recommend Bet apartment to stay in and request a apartment in back of building not facing road .

Very clean and quiet apartment with everything needed. Good, but nearly too frequent communication with the host. Good WiFi. Supermarket, bakeries and restaurants directly next to the building. Free parking in the area, but a free space is hard to get. Bike rental can be recommended for getting around and to the city center.

Not a very personal apart-hotel. Strange smell in the building and from the sink in the apartment (host tried to fix it, but it actually stayed).

The apartment was really well equipped. The location is pretty good and there is a Mercado just 50 m away, three bus stations in the immediate vicinity and also the subway (which goes straight to the airport) and tram stations are ten minutes away. They let us leave our luggage after our departure for free in a locked storage room.
