The hotel is in a very good location. Right in front of metro and tram stations, and there is a bus station round the corner, so it is easy to get to any part of the city that could be interesting to a tourist. It is also not too far away from the city center on foot - about 25 minutes or so. There is a big supermarket about 5 minutes from the hotel, and there are plenty of fast food options and tapas bars nearby. The room is on the smaller side, though not too small, but it is pretty comfortable. The shower was larger than I expected. The hotel is situated on a busy street, but the windows do a good job of soundproofing. The curtains are thick, so you wont be woken up early by the light coming from outside. The room also has a mini fridge that is completely quiet, which is a huge plus for me, since I am a light sleeper. The beds are good, though one was more comfortable than the other. Pillows are OK, although I needed two to support my head properly. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Since you can only open the window partially, it was difficult to ventilate the room properly, so it was a bit humid inside. There is an AC, so it is not a deal breaker, but it is noticeable. Also, although the noise from the outside is not a problem, the noise from within the hotel can be, if you have inconsiderate neighbors that slam their doors or talk loudly.

The location was great in terms of great transport options: te railway station, the city center and the airport were easy to reach by metro, and the beach by tram; also, a large supermarket (Mercadona) was around the corner; the breakfast selection was quite good (although sometimes the ham and üotato cake were a bit too cold and sometimes the bread was not fresh enough).

Wifi was somewhat slow and sometimes it stopped working for a minute or so; it seems that the bedlinen were not changed although we stayed for more than 2 weeks, the corners of the room were dusty and sometimes we had to go downstairs to get towels for all of us.

Comfortable beds, location is pretty good as you have public transport in front of the hotel. Central street is 3 stations away by Metro. A lot of food and drink options around hotel. Very good isolation in rooms, no noise from streets. Camp de Mestalla is 10-15 minutes away by walk, the beachs is around 8 stations away. Good value for money definitely.

Keep an eye on the sheets and blankets as they can be dirty with spots on them. There are no scramble or boiled eggs for breakfast but that is maybe tradiotional in Spain. There is a chance you will wait for the table for your meal if the hotel is fully booked which is unpleasant.

Very comfortable room; the staff all were helpful and English was spoken reasonably well. The area overall seemed pretty safe and you were close to numerous places for a cocktail or something to eat.

It's not difficult but if you're coming by train, you need to go to a nearby metro station and hop a tram to proper exit for the hotel. Otherwise, you're looking at a good 35 minute walk. As far as breakfast was concerned, I prefer eggs for my protein but there were adequate meats available along with cheeses and the other usual suspects. As I am a walker this was not a problem but prepare to walk 30 minutes to get to the city center (or of course take the metro). It is easy to take and this hotel was probably much better priced than others in the heart of historic downtown.

Geat hotel .metro and train right outside to go to beach and the city.there is parking on site but you cannot reserve .first come first served.staff are unbelievable. We had our rucksac stolen on the beach and they spoke to the police for us and helped up so much .an amazeing group of people .i would use this hotel when we return.car parking is free in the surrounding streets .breakfast is a very good spread too .there are food outlets bars and restaurants close too aswell..a great hotel to see valencia .quite easy for the roads aswell if you drive there .

What happened on the beach .

Very good location, about 200m from the park where parrots fly. Possibility to rent a bicycle directly at the nonstop hotel reception. Do so because it is the best means of transport in this beautiful city.10 km long green park stretching throughout the city, where you can see sports of all ages and finally lead you to a unique architectural gem. If you know how to use a bike at least a little :), we definitely highly recommend it. Tomas+Andrea

Very friendly and helpful Staff. Tasty breakfast, good location - Underground to the airport (and other places) 2 minutes from the hotel, tram stop 1 minute from the hotel. Dostanie to the Malvarossa beach - 15minutes by tram; walking distance to the old town - around 20minutes. Everyday cleaning of the room and changing the bed sheets.

Although the room was cleaned every day, the overall condition of the room was mediocre. The walls were a little bit scraped, the shower door could be cleaner, the armchair was stained. It wasn't horrible but certainly worth improving.

The location of this hotel is it's greatest feature. It is reached directly from the airport on line 3 of the metro which takes about 25 minutes. Once out of the metro, it is about 50 yards to the hotel. There is also a tram station right outside so it's ideal fro getting around the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really to complain about. The hotel is of Travelodge / Premier Inn standard so no fancy touches but we weren't the to spend a lot of time in a hotel.

The room was nice and spacious, just like in the pictures. The bed was made and the room was cleaned every day. The location is great because there is a direct metro line (3) from the airport to the hotel. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the hotel as well, so it is well-connected to the other parts of the city. There are bakeries and a lot of cafes nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

I visit this hotel with my daughter. We had a room with to beds. Checking in went fast, very nice and helpfull employees. By entering the room we were suprised. To big and comfortable beds. Though the noice on the street was quit loud, when you close the window you hear nothing anymore. Airco was available! We even had a fridge in the room! Perfect. Breakfast was good and enough choices! Bike service available from hotel, nice and easy and very comfortable bikes. Hotel is at a perfect location! Tram, metro in front of the hotel. Only 2 stops from old centre. By bike, the old centre was about less than 10 minutes! From the airport you can take 2 lines straight to the hotel within 35 minutes. Many restaurants in the area, but since old centre is so close even more choices for restaurants. We absolutly enjoyed our stay and we could recommend this hotel for a visit to Valencia.

Nothing really! Everything was perfect. If i have to give a suggestion, than i would advise the control panel for the airco to be available for the quests. We could only control the temperature, not the blower. Since airco and i are not a good match, we could not leave the airco on while sleeping. Therefor it was quite warm while sleeping. But this is a personal matter!
