Excellent hotel, nice big room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very good garden and restaurant. Excellent location- bus no, 32 station is very close to the hotel - 50m. Both - beaches and city center can be reached by one bus line. Spa opportunities are also excellent - big pool, nice sauna and steam area. Friendly staff, rich breakfast buffet from 7 a.m.

Traditional hotel, with some traditional facility - like technical equipments in the bathrooms would be actual to change. Rooms looking to main street are a little bit noisy - opposite with the building a school is.

We arrived after a long drive up from Marbella and this is exactly the place where you want to arrive after a long journey. Everything taken care of; just relax. Perfect check-in, bags out of the car and into the room in no time, car parked for us, table booked in the restaurant. Staff in the bar and the restaurant are amongst the best we have ever experienced, even in more expensive hotels. The service and the attention to detail was amazing to the extent where you got what you may have just thought about but hadn't yet asked for. Dinner absolutely delicious! The beautiful courtyard / park like setting of the restaurant makes you forget that you are actually in the middle of a big city and the wonderful live music made it all perfect.

There was really nothing we did not like.

Our room is spacious and clean as well comfortable large king size bed. 5 mins to big supermarket Trams and busses are everywhere just walking distance less than 10mins Small local cafes just 5 mins from hotel and they have nice Belgian waffles and breakfast/lunch typical Spanish, MUST TRY.

Breakfast not included in the booking, hotel charge 28€ per person each day. We tried 1 day the breakfast and had to said it was disappointing for such a high price with a very standard breakfast options. Taste also very plain.

The courtyard provided an excellent location for outdoor dining - breakfast & dinner. The singer that serenaded us all during the Saturday evening dinner was wonderful - great voice & choice of songs made for a wonderful experience in the garden surroundings. Concierges were very helpful with the parking. And, breakfast hosts were really attentive too. Thank you all.

Our room was overlooking the street. And, windows were not very soundproof - conversations from the street outside were a nuisance during our Saturday night sleep. We'll bring eye muffs next time, so won't be a problem on our next stay.

A stunning traditional hotel with large rooms .. crisp clean sheets and towels.

Rooms are dated with no modern adaptations for phone charging etc The restaurant staff in the courtyard area totally ignored us on 3 separate occasions. Then .. when the waitress took our order .. proceeded to chat to other customers for 20 mins before placing our order with the barman! We found ourselves constantly waving at the waiting on staff for some attention!

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, and the room was spacious. The breakfast choices were extensive and all very fresh. The pool/sauna/steam room was a joy. Location-wise it was very good.

On a couple of days the room was not refreshed before 3pm, which after a very warm tour of the city was disappointing as we just needed to shower and relax before the evening meal. The one dinner we had in the hotel was only mediocre and that was a let down.

The hotel is a little bit far from the old city centre, around 20mins walk. It is located in a quiet area, the swimming pool is nicely size and very clean. The hotel room is sizeable and clean, but the room is dated, especially the bathroom. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

There is no fan in the toilet. The edge of the swimming pool got some sharp materials sticking out which could potentially be a health hazard.

Room was really spacious and with upstanding materials. It had a vintage look but didn't look old, really classy. Breakfast was delicious with some dishes that you can directly order, apart of the buffet that has a large variety of food. Spa was good as well, friendly bringing kids in some hours of the day.

Parking in the hotel is expensive (22€ each day) while outside and less than 5' minutes walking you can find also free parking lots.

Liked the room although noise from the occupants next door woke us up during the night. Liked Breakfast but it was not good value for money Spa was good - Bed comfortable.

Gave postcards to reception to post they arrived at their destination over 4 weeks later. The cost of parking in the underground car park and the cost of breakfast was very expensive & not value for money. Turn down service disappointing no chocolate on pillow!

A quiet location but still just a short walk across bridge to all places of interest. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable room with excellent separate bathroom and dressing area. Spa facilities very good.

A busy Saturday brought two external events. Lots of people, hotel v busy. Ongoing overnight guests rather overlooked. Families with small children in spa pool lovely ... but not then a peaceful experience for other guests.
