Nice place in overall, good breakfast, rooms are clean, large bathroom, friendly stuff, location is not super nice but ok - 20 mins to the beach by bus and 20 mins to old city. Regarding the noisiness and think walls - sleeping with the opened window with windows looking at the street can be problematic as traffic is quite noticeable even at nigh time; though if you're ok with sleeping with air conditioning and will keep window closed it's totally ok, almost no noise from the street. Think walls also wasn't a problem but i guess if your neighbors happen to be noisy people who like having fun at night time you will hear them for sure, so I would say this problem is like 'conditional'.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like.. as I said above sleeping with opened windows looking at the street might be a problem, some stuff at the restaurant didn't speak English ... but it's all very negligible

Visited Valencia for a week and picked this hotel for our stay. - the room was already prepared when we arrived at 11 AM which was a nice bonus - online check in is a very nice addon - the room was spacious and great overall, as well as the bathroom - the location is well connected - near to metro stations, football stadium and no more than 40 mins walk to the beaches and city center - the breakfast served at the cafeteria was amazing and inexpensive - anyone from the staff was polite and willing to help with everything

- the windows are not so well insulated, you can hear the traffic outside, so if you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs - English language skills for the cafeteria staff could be improved

The hotel only replied to my email which I sent before I left home, 17 hours later. My question was about parking. The restaurant is very small and we couldn't book a table to eat because it was always full. The breakfast is 10 euros and not 8 euros as stated on booking.com. It is a little far out from the main tourist attractions, you would need to use public transport or expect a long walk.

Staff were very nice. There's a Mercadona just round the corner and a bus stop for buses to the centre a 100 yards away. You can buy a Valencia Tourist Card in advance (and collect it at the airport) which gives you free travel on the Metro, trams and buses plus free entry to lots of places of interest. It's still possible to walk to the centre in about half in hour.

Strangely there was no toilet brush in the bathroom or an extractor fan. The A/C worked but black lumps of fluff were often blowing out; needed cleaning/servicing. Although the room was at the back there was still noise from dustmen at night and traffic horns sounding; earplugs useful. A small fridge would be nice and bottle of water on arrival. I tried the breakfast but there was no milk & cereal and limited hot food.

First of all, I have to give a HUGE compliment to the staff of the hotel. The were great! Always more than helpful for all of our questions, and there were a lot of them, to be honest. Always kind and in a good mood. Special thanks to the lady receptionist. We didn't remember your name, unfortunately, but we'll be forever thankful for every advice and help you gave us! So, regarding to the hotel location, it's great. Close to the metro station, so it's great to use it from and to the airport. Our advice is to use line 5 and station Aragon which is straight forward to the hotel, just cca 750m or 10min of walk. You can easily walk to the centre or City of Arts and Science. They are both approximately 2,5km from the hotel, which is ok. If you rent a bike, it's 10min away. Hotel is always clean, well equipped, there is a 24h reception so if you need any help, they are more than helpful. Room is exactly as described, total match with the pictures. We had room with a view of the roundabout, which was great because of a sunrise position. Huge plus for the hotel is the fact that you can rent a bike at the hotel. It costs 13euros per 24h, and the bikes are in good condition for city ride. Biggest recommendation for this hotel! Worth every cent. If you are considering several accomodations, don't...just rent a room in Sweet Hotel Renasa, and you won't regret it.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Very convenient for the purpose of visit. Simple but adequate restaurant meals and bar. Problem with ac unit leaking which was fixed as soon as reported. Cooked breakfast was sometimes cold and not well cooked. Plenty of fruit, pasties, cold meats/cheese/ bread and coffee available

Out look from room was on to service pipes and ac units on an inner well. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Room was small, if I had wanted to spend any time there.

The hotel is not too far from the metro, and very close to a bus station, but it was very nice to just walk around the neighbourhood. The room was very clean and equipped. It was possible to store luggage at the hotel and shower in the fitness room even after check out. The hotel arranged a taxi.

One lightswitch right next to the bed got stuck, but luckily there was another for that specific light, so I didn't have to sleep with the light on. But that was the only tiny thing, otherwise everything was great.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful even though we had little to no Spanish. Their English was good and we had no issues communicating. The room was VERY clean and even though we went to the beach every day they were still able to clean the room daily. The water pressure in the shower was great, room came with a hair dryer. TV was great with 99 channels. Nice chair in the room was v. comfy. Staff were very friendly and always said hello to us.

The volume button on the TV remote wouldn't work but that is just a small thing / may have been intentional. Depending where your room is it may be hard to sleep with the noise of traffic. Ask for a room facing the back road and it's a bit quieter. We had no issues sleeping.

Room was big enough for me to spread out my hockey goalkeeping kit. The location was close enough to walk to the University |Hockey itches but also close enough to catch public transport and a short walk to the Metro Breakfast was substantial and when we played earlier or needed to leave early a small packed breakfast was provided
