Clean, comfortable room that was in a quiet part of town. The breakfast was good, and there was lots of street parking available. A Mercadona is close by which allowed us to get some food for lunch/dinner.

The Wifi was TERRIBLE. Literally, every three minutes we would need to log back into the system. We tried multiple devices and went to various locations in the hotel with no improvement. Because we depend on Wifi, not having any coverage in Spain, this was a major hassle for us.

The Staff, big and clean rooms, bigger than what they have depicted. Location was great, away from city but bus stop right next to hotel and metro within few minutes of walk.

Facilities can be improved. AC was somewhat set at higher temperature and couldn’t change it. No kettle to heat water. Water bottles not provided. No provision for laundry but May not be big problem as there is a public laundry few minutes of walk away from hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. It was very close to bus stops, and the metro was also nearby. The room was large, with a work table/chair and a couch, a large bathroom featuring twin sinks and attractive tiling,

Our room did not have blackout curtains/ blinds so it was never really dark. My daughter's eye mask was useful. It was a bit cool at night, but we used extra covers from the 2 spare beds. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable.

The room is very big and comfortable, the beds are very good that put us to sleep like many hours, comfortably, air conditioners working very well.

Everything is ok just the bed head board has to be remembered when cleaning and dusting the room

Staff was great. Price was quite fair. Room were cleans and spacious. Great for traveling a with children

Ac didn't work and it was hot in the room. We couldn't open the window because the bar outside was full of people and noise wouldn't let us sleep. The fridge mini bar didn't work I. The first room either. But they gave us a new room the second night. The mattresses were not great. Otherwise it was very clean and spacious. If they solved these problems, I wouldn't mind a.modesy price increase, especially since the second room was reformed

Very close to the airport if you arrive by plane to the city. Literally next to the Feria complex. Not close to the city but very well connected to the centre by public transport.

It's not a new hotel and it shows its age. More of a nitpick than a complaint really. Other than that, decent value for money

It’s a nice hotel, where finally the central AC worked, it has a really nice common area, even with a pool table. Breakfast was a typical buffet, which wasn’t any bad

Location isn’t the best one. Is relatively close to the airport, but reaching it from downtown might be complicated late at night because the metro finish it’s services early

Lovely stay at walking distance from Valencia feria. Very big and comfortable room, wi-fi worked perfectly, staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety, everything was quite fresh. Highly recommend !

Hotel decor a bit dated, carpet filled floors not really suitable for people with breathing problems (as was the case for one of us)

Very near the Metro. Out of the city and very quiet.

Young boys running up and down the corridor and knocking on our door, especially as we had to be up early for flight home. I did speak to their teachers and then it was quiet.

The short hair lady taking care of reception was very diligent in ensuring the guest's comfort, she took care of our needs even though it was not her job. Incredibly responsive lady. The African cleaning lady was also very thorough in her cleaning

We created some problem because we could not locate a pair of scissors and made a complaint to the hotel, but later we found it after we left. We apologise for the trouble we created
