Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Common area & patio are lovely decorated. Great breakfast. Room has basic things you need (seems like it usually is a student dormitory). Good A/C. 5 min walk to metro to Valencia (then 15 min by metro). Nice neighborhood.

A/C filter above the bed needs some cleaning (lot of dust on top). Location of bed under one of the A/C vents was a bit annoying, so would change where the bed is located. Would be great if there was an extra pillow as well as a duvet (as it got quite cold with the A/C on, which was needed with the temperatures outside). Place is quite noisy (as most Spanish buildings), so didn't sleep too well as I could even hear the person in the room next door snore. Also woke up on the first night b/c of very loud fireworks, had no idea what it was, but turned out to be a local festival. Good to let people know of that beforehand as several guest woke up a bit scared ;) . Bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Spacious single room with en suite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Although it's located a little bit out of the city, it's easily accessible on the metro which goes regularly during the day, but less frequently on a bank holiday. It was nice to experience a typical village outside of the city. The 'residence' has some of the features of a hotel (key card, toiletries provided, spotlessly clean etc) yet also feels homely with a living room and tv, kitchen where you can cook and a continental breakfast included. It was super quiet and I slept like a log. It suited me perfectly and I would definitely stay here again.

The whole package! What can be nicer than having breakfast served with a smile. It's clean, the shared kitchen is super and I still miss my little room. I would not mind living there. Also the centre of Valencia is surprisingly close, traveling by metro.

So why not 10 points? If you are a light sleeper like me, you will wake up during the night when doors are closing or when there is a conversation somewhere in the building. It's usually so quiet, absolutely silent, that all sounds can be heard clearly.

It’s very clean house and very friendly stuff. Owner of the Residencia was easy to reach and they helped us even if we noticed at night that we lost key. Maria welcomes everyone in the morning with smile, friendly energy and fresh orange juice. There is a good WiFi and AC in every room.

We rented a car and since residencia is in a small town, we had some problems with parking when we come back at nights. You have to go around few times to find some spot to park. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Beautiful common area, old and nice house, newly renovated, friendly staff. Everything in the room is new and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is a kitchen, you can do laundry, a veranda on the roof. The residence is located 20 minutes from the center by metro, the station is nearby in 5 minutes.

I didn’t like that number 5 was next to the laundry, the constant sounds of washing, even in the evening. It is better to live in any other rooms. And would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room.

Room, bathroom, and kitchen was very nice and modern. Free breakfast in the morning and amazing stuff that went above and beyond for me as well. The owner saved me from missing my bus to Barcelona as there were no taxis around at 6:00am and ride shares wouldn’t reserve taxis for me.

The location is far from central València. It is very close to the metro to get there, but taxis were tricky for me to get (although it was a Sunday at 6:00am :) ).

A nice apart-hotel close to a metro station, for a very reasonable price. The room and linens were clean, everything is new and working. There is a kitchen available for everyone to cook, and a cozy sitting area. There is fresh orange juice!

One has to know that the last train to get to Godella leaves quite early (~21:30-22:00). Later one has to walk for ~40 minutes or take a taxi. And one has to know that Godella is a different city from Valencia, there is the same address in Valencia. There was no hairdryer in my room (it was probably somewhere in the property, but I had no time to ask). Some of the staff who comes every day to serve breakfast and clean speaks only Spanish (although they are very very nice and helpful ladies).

The room was very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Very polite Lady, who prepared breakfast etc. I definitely recommend! It's located in Godella, but there is a metro (line 1), so it's fast to get into the centre of Valencia.

On second day of my stay, room card stopped working. But actually I called the owner and in few minutes I got another card.

Very clean, enormous closet and drawer size, absolutely comfortable and practical. Very polite and helpful staff.

The only thing, but it is not a constant problem is that the place and neighborhood is so quiet, that the slitest sound travels through the walls. People coming in and out of residence, walking, talking, the washing machine in the common area. But everone was so and considerate, that it wasn't a constant annoyance. More of an observation than a complaint. Did not change the fact that it was a more than very pleasant stay.

The people there are amazing. Comfortable place nice people nice breakfast. Clean room, nice private bathroom. Felt very safe walking around the city even during midnight

The Godella station stop running at 10pm on weekdays. $15 for a cab home from downtown Valencia is still a good option.
