Very close to the subway, the food is tasty, the rooms are comfortable, you have a great view.

The check-in is way too late (3 pm), on weekends the breakfast starts later even though the hotel is more crowded on those days, no water to drink in the room.

Very nice comfortable room. Although we had booked a different room which was larger, the room we were given was large enough and comfortable. Good shower and comfortable bed. Well located to the conference centre, and close to transport, both metro and light rail so that even though it is not close to the old town etc it was easy to get to. Lots of nearby restaurants.

A big negative for us was that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If this is a safety issue they should provide a public area for free refreshment. They do not even provide a free bottle of water. Also there is a bad smell (like wet carpet) in the lobby. It was disappointing that we were not given the room we booked and that they ignored the request to be away from the elevators. Fortunately it didn't matter as the room was comfortable and quiet.

Lovely room on 20th floor with air con very wide comfortable bed luxury bathroom. Staff on reception so helpful and friendly. Want to mention Beren who was very kind. Breakfasts amazing so much choice lovely pool on 24th floor. Hotel located close to metro station Beniferri but also bus service 62 and 63 which takes you into old town in 10 mins. We also took the tram to Malvarossa beach which was beautiful only took 30 minutes. Also lots of restaurants close to hotel. We had a lovely break.

Nothing really! It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room as we do in hotels in UK...but thats it.

Everything was ok. We used hotel garage (part of public garage) and was fully satisfied. There is a lift from garage to the hotel. Rooms are big enough, clean, well maintained. We was on 17th floor and view from room is very good. Bad and bad linen very good, we slept well. Soundproof from traffic is good. Bathroom big enough, and I like when toilet is physically somehow separated. Breakfast was good enough. All this I'm evaluating considering hotel 4*. On the roof, there is gym and pool. We haven't use it but looks ok. Walking distance to old centar 35 - 45 min All to all, hotel for recommendation.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was always delicious, and staff were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I would stay in this hotel, in any occasion. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

I would like to see more choices of food during dinner time, but the staff running the dinner are great, really professional and efficient, and go beyond their call of duty.

The room was spacious and with modern look, very comfortable and quiet, with great view of the city. Reception desk people very friendly and helpfull. A little far from city center but right next to metro station and with nearby café, restaurants and supermarket. Good access by car with parking available in street or in the hotel park with good price.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is very kind and funny, they make you feel good. We got the room at 11am. The hotel has a lovely view. Rooms are located from floor 15th to 23rd. On the 15th floor, the hotel has a space for breakfast and another space for restaurant. The breakfast is very varied and very tasty. The food at the restaurant is good too. On the 23rd floor there is a gym and sauna. On the top floor there is a swimming pool. Also the view from there is wonderful. The subway and the bus station are very close - 2 minutes from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Room size was also good, was bright air-conditioning was working well. Shower was with a good pressure.

Wardrobe had a not fresh smell, would be great to put some air freshener designed for wardrobe. Code to reset the safe could be given at check in.

Nice hotel, very comfortable room, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is situated 45 min from city centre with a Metro. The metro station is located next to the hotel. There are is a supermarket and coffee shops in the area.

This is not a central location, commuting to city centre can take about 30 min with Metro and 50 min to the beach with a tram. Taxies are quicker about 11 min to the centre and 25 to the beach cost around 10-18 euros

nice hotel with good range of facilities

Breakfast was fairly limited with no semi-skimmed milk for instance. The hotel is a little way out of central Valencia, 4 or 5 Metro stops.Not the end of the world, but a little inconvenient.
