It looks like a nice place but we cannot really comment on what was particularly good or bad as we had a late arrival after a long day travelling and, after a shower, and a quick meal along with a few beers in the bar across the road, we went to bed. We did notice the room was nice though - a good size with a nice bathroom, nice beds and as quiet as you want - we went sparko.

I'm nitpicking here...The lifts / elevators are tiny - I had to travel in my wheelchair separately from my wife and luggage but when you're tired and tetchy and just want to get cleaned up after a very long day, and your waiting for the the queue to clear to allow your wife / luggage to join you, then you can get a bit ****** off. The view from the room was poor but we only wanted a bed for the night so this was not important. Rant / moan over!

Great to see the hotel had Gluten free options available and when we signed in they double checked it with us. Room was very spacious, Breakfast was excellent with plenty available and we like that you had your own serving tongs for the food. Cost of beverages in the hotel was very reasonable in fact coffee and tea was cheaper in the hotel than many of the cafes and they served it after 11am. Staff were excellent and the room was cleaned every day

There was noise when the shutters opened to the delivery area below, also the water pressure fluctuated in the shower which made the water very hot on times and hard to regulate. Not too fussed on the paper cups on the room for tea and coffee but understand why they do it

Location to old town and restaurants were great, staff were very helpful with maps and directions, water pressure of shower was amazing, clean and comfortable bed, tea and coffee in the room.

Bar lacked any atmosphere and there was no staff serving from the bar area (we had to order from reception), we didn't see any other person using the bar at all. Our bathroom door was temperamental and broke a few times. Had to pay for milk to have with tea/coffee in room as none provided.

We had a junior suite, this is one of the best rooms that we have had this European trip and will be hard to beat Staff were very accommodating and very friendly Book a junior suite if you are staying a minimum of 2 nights. Happy hour is good, spirits are a good serve. Bar staff are friendly Parking next door with a reduced rate for hotel guests Breakfast was very good This was so easy to book in and check out Well done for exceeding our expectations

Nothing, all was good

Breakfast was good . The doors were squeaking but were fixed upon request. . Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance from all attractions.

Internet worked only the first night, never again.The cappuccino in both Coffe makers was weird, not really coffee, more chocolate than coffee.There was hammering early morning in the room above the first day which woke us up.

Very clean, we had a nice stay. The comfort quality in the room was perfect. Position is perfect, we were able to reach the main attractions without using public transport (with the exception of the sea but it is ok)

Breakfast quality sometimes below average for a 4 stars hotel. I would recommend to renew the coffee machines as coffee was often undrinkable. More indications about food (ex: allergens, intolerances, name of the products and details

I had been to this hotel so I knew what the rooms where like, on arriving we were told our room was over the road in a differant building rooms very small, very basic not what I had told my friend it would be like, I did talk to the staff who offered to move us into the hotel but he told us there was builders working on the hotel we had already unpacked and the room was ok so we stayed , The front door to the building we stayed in kept being left open for anyone to walk in which was worrying over night, we did complain about this and was told they needed parts for the doors which they couldn't get, it was just disappointing after telling my friend how nice the hotel is

The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean and the bathroom was gleaming. Not a big hotel but had all we needed for a fabulous city break. Lots of choice at breakfast and food very tasty but could have been a little hotter. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and shops.

Just needed a long mirror in the room. As a group of 4 ladies it is essential and there was a perfect spot on the wall just before the wardrobe. As mentioned the food at breakfast could have been a little hotter.

The location is great for exploring the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities you need. The shower was exceptional. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant and bar was both good quality and good value.

There was not anything we did not like.

Great location and value for money. The convenience of the car park next door was a bonus as driving in Valencia can be challenging. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Would have liked a smart tv with access to streaming services and some of the rails and handles in the bathroom were not very well installed. I also prefer storage space with doors rather than an open closet.
