We love everything! :D We can check in time and everybody in the reception was very kind, helpful, and friendly! The Hotel has an excellent vibration! The Hotel was in the heart of the Valencia center! The railway station is a few minutes and the bus stop (32 bus, that we can travel to the beach) is 2 minutes. The room was immaculate! We got every day new clean towels and they cleaned the room every day! The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful, she every day organized our bed too! The bed was very comfy and clean! The air conditioner worked very well! The reception was open 24 hours! Thank you so much for everything guys! We highly recommend it and we will definitely go back!!!

Location was excellent. It is a short walk to a Metro station. The train station that serves the north is a few blocks walk. The city hall is on block away. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes walk. Right across the hotel is a good value for lunches called Alli Oli with 7EU for 2 dishes. Room was clean, bedding was fine and housekeeping did a good job. It still is a good value for a central stay.

All television shows were in Spanish and I would have liked to see BBC or CNN in English. A free bottle of water would be nice or a water cooler to get clean water. The street crews can be heard picking up trash and recyclables early in the morning. The elevator is very small and at times people would not close the door which stopped it from working.

Location is perfect for taking in the sights of Valencia. A plumbing problem was resolved quickly and completely while we were out for the afternoon.

Only one outlet worked for charging electronics.

Hostel location is great and it’s really easy to get there. Rooms were perfectly fine, had all we needed and were clean. Cleaning ladies are really wonderful, making sure that everything was tidy. Reception was 24h, staff was super nice and helpful. The thing that surprised us was that everytime before leaving the hostel, we had to leave the key at the reception. We also had a breakfast in hotel once - it was quite basic, but tasty and perfectly fine for a few days :)

Walls were quite thin, therefore we’ve heard other guests talking loudly and everything what was happening in the hall (especially smashing door).

Really loved the interior and a lot of music elements. Rooms were small an cozy. It was right in the center so everything was super close. Also the staff were very nice and helpful.

There was only one thing. I took a bath and after a few minutes the phone started ringing and someone was crazily knocking on my door. I screamed that im in the bathtub and told them to wait. It didnt stop. So I eventually went to the door and the nice lady from reception told me all stressed out that the water is leakong from my bathroom and that she’d give me a new room. And so she did. Even a cozier one.

The best of the best is the location. Super close to the railway station and to the city center. The value for money is also one of the best. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. So, more than perfect.

Well ...the windows are not exactly soundproof ... not at all... but after a long day of walking in this fantastic city you will sleep like a baby, ignoring the outside noise. :)

The best location, very close to the Plaza de Ayuntamiento. Historic monuments, Mercado Central, bus &train stations were few minutes walk only from the hotel. You can leave your luggages before check-in & after check-out. There is a small waiting area for guests & toilet. We found the room clean & with toiletries.

Small elevator, could fit only 2 persons.

I liked the location and how close it was to the city center and the busy areas. I liked how staff paid attention to rooms being clean every day. I liked the breakfast. 😊

I didn't like the fact that some of the receptionists didn't speak English, nor understood it.

the location is really good, almost in the city center and surrounded by many public transport. supplied toiletries and towels. staff were flexible and allowed us to check out an hour late fue to unforeseen events.

there were no electricity sockets anywhere in the room except in the toilet and one hidden near the ground. the walls are really thin so i was easily woken up by someone taking a shower in the room next to me. elevator can hardly take 2 people with 1 suitcase, really small.

The location is very central and the room was a good size. It has a cupboard and table so plenty of space for belongings. It was clean and has a good shower and even a bath as well. Convenience of luggage storage, 24h desk and an elevator.

The wifi was a bit slow at times, no power outlets near the bed.
