Property is in a great location, walking distance to the heart of Valencia & also close to Xativa Metro station where you can catch the train to the airport & the beach. The hotel is not the fanciest place but it was very clean & the breakfast offering which was included in the room rate was really good.

Walls are very thin so you can hear people chatting & coughing etc very clearly from the next room.

We enjoy our stay, great hotel. Room is perfect dor a couple. Very clean, smells good, we breakfast was very complete with good coffee orange juice and a varierty of bread, fruits, yogurt.

Location, breakfast and reception staff wonderful! Room size exceeded expectations, pillows were good, windows could be opened for fresh air, a kettle was available! Breakfast menu for 3* hotel with amazing variety - 2 sorts of cheese, Spanish meat selection, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, avocado, yougurts, juices, coffee capsules, pastry, fruit etc. Direct metro lines to/from airport, good transport connections and a Valenbisi bicycle station across the street. Walkable distance to almost everywhere! Central Market 5min! Hotel sells Suma transport cards.

They use air refreshener in staircase (common area), sometimes it’s too strong.

The location is superb and many attractions are easily walkable from the hotel. The rooms are a good size, with a TV, kettle/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The beds are HUGE and extremely comfortable. Bathroom a good size with great shower and a bonus bidet, plus it's all scrupulously clean and smells fresh. Breakfast is a great diverse range of many offerings, all great quality, plus various smoothies, juices, coffee and tea. The greatest standout by far is the staff - Collette, Christina, Luis and Emilio - what a fantastic, engaged and friendly bunch they are. Their knowledge, advice and dedication to service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Valencia

Not many coat hangers, and the stair area could do with an update, perhaps a new carpet but not enough to detract from staying here.

We walked to the Hotel from the railway station and it is easy to find and centrally located. A warm welcome from Collette on reception and a lovely room, very clean & a walk in shower which is our preference. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C is quiet so we slept very well. The room has a fridge and a safe. There is a supermarket opposite which was handy and also in reception they sell essentials like water (very inexpensive at 1 euro and Prosecco, also inexpensive). We were on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. The Soap and Shower gel provided smell gorgeous. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Valencia.

Nothing we liked everything. Remember to ask for the key to the safe on arrival. It would have been a bonus if milk sachets could have ben provided to make tea and coffee but we had no problem getting milk when breakfast was in service to make a drink in our room.

Great central location, easily reached on foot from rail and metro stations. Staff were very welcoming and happy to store our bags until the room was ready. A simple, basic but comfortable room with good air con. We were pleased to have a fridge and a kettle in the room. Really enjoyed our breakfasts - a great variety including lots of lovely fresh fruit. We would stay again.

Nothing to dislike as such. There was just one paper cup with the kettle. Not much storage space for clothing, cases etc for a 3 day stay. Some people might find the street noise disturbing but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and they did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We slept really well as the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is in a fantastic location so we were able to walk to all of the main sites in Valencia. To visit the beaches, we used the nearby Metro station, and we also returned to the airport by Metro. We had some nice meals in Valencia, and we stopped at a number of bars and cafes for refreshments, including Toastone which is right beside Hotel Mediterraneao and is well worth visiting.

Very good location, 10mins walking to the train station/metro (direct connection to the airport). It is also close to the old town, where are plenty of restaurants and other attractions. Comfortable and clean room, delicious breakfast including their famous jamón, but also a couple of gluten and lactose free options. Nice staff, they printed on paper our boarding cards.

I did not notice aspects that really need improvement.

Staff amazing. Couldn’t be more pleasant, polite and helpful. Location perfect. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Only shower gel provided and hand wash at sink, but that was fine for us. Good hairdryer.

Kettle in room with tea and sugar but no spoon and only paper cups. This was easily rectified by going to the breakfast room and taking some cups, spoons and glasses back to the room. No plug near desk for kettle.
