We liked EVERYTHING! The beds - excellent, huge, linen perfect; bathroom and shower - excellent; staff - engaging, polite, warm; room cleanliness - perfect; rooftop terrace, you guessed it - excellent. Location is perfect, everything nearby, but still quiet. I could go on but to keep it short: this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. And we’ve been to many places. This one will make you not go home.

Overall it was a great experience, after all it's all about persons, all great hotels have their reputation mainly from the people they are in front of the customer, they are the façade of the hotel, and for this I want to congratulate Claudio(10) the front desk person that really saved my trip, and solved the impossible, with perseverance and patience, When I checked in with a problem with my car, a problem that has nothing to do with the hotel service, but his interference in solving the problem saved my trip, for him that was part of his job, to try his best to eliminate all possible unexpected problems, so our vacation (customer vacation) would not be affected, Thanks again Claudio, you're the best.

A buffet for a breakfast, rather than a menu, a la carte.

Lovely designed spacious rooms with comfy beds. The hotel is located in the old city of Valencia and main sights can be reached on foot. Staff were very friendly and happy to help guest with any questions.

Nothing too bad but I could hear guests above moving furniture around late at night which was quite distracting. I was aware of this before I booked, but the hotel is situated about 15-20minutes from the metro so expect a bit of a walk to get to the metro if you're using it to get to the airport, beaches or the Ciutat de les Artes, but it's the perfect location for the old town and alternatively you can find buses nearby.

This was such a comfortable and pleasant hotel to stay in, we would go back anytime. We travelled a lot in Europe and stayed in multiple hotels and apartments, and this was one of our best experiences. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly, the room we received was comfortable and clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience in Valencia.

We found it very weird that the toilet door is a glass sliding door, and that the bathroom/shower area is only to be closed up by a curtain. I found both of these generally problematic from the sense of providing privacy. I travelled with my spouse so overall these privacy issues were not a concern for us, but I could see how this would become problematic for a family or friends who stay in the hotel and would wish to have greater privacy while using the restroom.

Amazing hotel and staff. My husband and I stayed over for three nights with other family members. The hotel is gorgeous and very modern, clean, great breakfast, comfy beds and in an excellent location within walking distance to everything you'd like to see in the city. What made the stay amazing was the staff, all were super attentive and helpful. Ailin in particular was so helpful, gave us great tips for places to see and go to and even helped organised a small birthday surprise for my husband at the hotel's rooftop bar! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I have been to Valencia several times, and I can say that this location is perfect. I liked the disign of the room, and also everything is super clean and comfortable. A lot of attention paid to details! Staff is very friendly and help with everything you need. Rooftop is amazing!

We had the room with inner view, and it's very dark. Especially it's bad when you wake up and there is no natural light at all. Soundproofing can be better! You can here people on your floor, and sounds from another room. Everything besides these was nice!

Really good location walking distance to everywhere in old town and only 40 mins slow walk to science museum/ aquarium area. The city view rooms were bright, modern, quiet and very clean, all the staff were super helpful and made some great recommendations for local bars and restaurants, nice touches like chocolates in the room were unexpected and delicious as well as the welcome cocktails available at rooftop terrace / bar Bathroom although a little small was fitted with a great shower and all fixtures and fittings were stylish without being too fussy, bed was massive and comfortable A la carte breakfast was delicious and well presented and made a welcome change from the standard hotel buffet

WE LOVED EVERYTHING! From interior to staff. Not only was the room incredibly beautiful but also extremely comfortable. The lighting system gave the room a very modern and cool touch. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and very attentive. They made sure we weren't missing anything and all of our needs were covered. They even took it a step further and surprised my wife with a birthday gift with a personal touch. If we were to come back to Valencia, this is the only hotel for us to stay at. It compares to none and is a singularity. Thank you so much for the staff who helped us 😍 You two were the best and I thank you with all my heart ❤️

The staff were very nice and helpful right from the start, especially Nacho, welcoming me and giving me a tour, showing poi on a map. Later on, they've left a note in my room to check how i was and a left an energy drink for me when they noticed i went running. The room had a kettle and small muffins every day. The bed was comfy and cleanliness was top. It also had a small balcony with view to the city and the towers. I enjoyed my stay very much and it exceeded my expectations.

Our stay in Puerta Serranos was perfect! The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, you can walk to old town just within 10min. Also easy to catch a cab. We arrived early in the morning and could check in to have a rest, which was really nice. Staff are all very helpful and warm welcoming. We booked the room because we really love the interior. It turned out the room is not only elegantly designed, but also quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious. On our departure day we had to check out early and could get a take-away breakfast. If we visit Valencia again, we would definitely still stay here!
