Wow! This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in a stunning location right in the middle of the old town. The staff are wonderful and you really feel you are getting a 5 star treatment. We arrived before check in so went out to see the city. When we returned and asked for our suitcases we were told: 'They are already in your room Madam'. The room was so beautiful with a balcony overlooking the square and a huge bathroom. Little chocolate coated almonds and a pillow spray were given to us as gifts and they added to the truly luxurious experience of staying at this hotel. We would love to return!

Incredible experience, all members of the personal are always smiling, like they enjoy being there. They are doing their job perfectly and makes you feel welcomed. Thank you ! Location is exactly in the middle of old town, they manage everything if you are coming with a car. The hotel is perfectly clean all the time and the breakfast delicious, I recommend to choose the breakfast when you make the reservation. I will return to Valencia just to stay again in this hotel.

This is an exceptional hotel! The staff greets every guest with warm smiles and always offering to help with luggage and bags. We were offered two flutes of Cava during check in. The exterior and interior of this Palacio is stunningly beautiful and situated on a quiet plaza of its own. The suite we had for 4 nights was modern and full of nice design details like a round area rug with small round table and two chairs - a perfect place to share a drink and snacks. Ultra modern bathroom with two sinks, a large shower area with two separate overhead “rain” fixtures. Perhaps the nicest feature, though subtle, is the creative lighting and background illumination that is incorporated in the room design. Finally, the expansive rooftop deck has numerous separate seating areas with chairs and tables and some patio sofas. There is almost 360 degree views looking out over the old city. The staff is truly fantastic whether suggesting and then reserving a restaurant, personally explaining some of the gorgeous Lladro porcelain pieces and fixtures that make up part of the lobby and their own Lladro Lounge bar. We loved this hotel so much we tried to stay an additional three nights but the hotel was fully booked.

EVERYTHING. This hotel is fantastic. The staff is amazing, the food is exceptional, the service is phenomenal, and the design is stunning. This is our second stay here in as many months. Honestly a gem of a place to stay and we cannot say enough good things about how wonderful we find this spot.

This hotel was in the most fantastic location, right in the heart of the old Gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful historical buildings. Only a few seconds walk from one of the main plazas and Cathedral we loved walking around the neighbourhood and staying out late knowing the hotel was so close. The room was exceptionally tidy with lovely toiletries, robes and welcome treat for us. The staff were incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and recommending places for us, for example the paellas cooking class we did. The roof terrace was stunning, peaceful and quiet with a bar service through the telephone.

I think ideally we would have liked the gym onsite, but it was only a short walk to the sister hotel to use the gym.

We stayed at hotel for 2 nights for my husbands 60th birthday and all I can say is wow ! Staff were exceptional and always soo helpful with anything you needed ,breakfast well that was unbelievable the menu choice was outstanding, I cannot fault it and soo clean, nothing was a problem for them just perfect and you couldn't get a better location everything we wanted to see within walking distance .

Sadly only thing can pick fault on which is minor compared to everything else being soo perfect was the flowers were dead that were in our room on the table ,only because I'm a florist in UK I noticed straight away thought these might of been changed but didn't spoil our stay atall .

Everything! Beautifully refurbished building inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated and finished internally to a high standard. All the staff were professional but very friendly. Lovely sized room, very quiet despite being on a side street and very comfortable beds. Nice touch that the soft drinks in the fridge were free and replenished daily. Great roof terrace - ideal for a gin and tonic after a day's siteseeing! Quality of the restaurant food and the service were first class. One of the top three five star hotels we have visited in Europe. Highly recommended and our first choice if we return to Valencia.

Absolutely nothing!

I’ve seen many good reviews about this hotel and double checked on Google reviews, all had very positive comments. Hence I booked in a heart beat. When we got there, it was certainly as that others said, great location, super friendly stuff, especially the gentleman at the reception desk called Ivan, who kindly printed out their list of restaurants and sights that we can visit. All the restaurants on there are not touristy but recommended by the hotel stuff that Logan people would visit. The breakfast was another level also! Champagne and oysters - yes, why not. A great way to start our day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel has to be in one of the best positions in Valencia, especially for visiting all the main attractions. Wonderful breakfast served by equally wonderful, happy staff. Great selection of food and drink, all freshly prepared in delightful surroundings. Concierge/reception most welcoming and very helpful in suggesting most interesting places to visit and where to eat especially as there are so many to choose from. The hotel’s own restaurant La Perfumeria was especially enjoyable.

This truly was an outstanding hotel and one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in . My wife and I have been fortunate to travel the world with our jobs down the years but this was not a business trip . I was very fortunate to have received a free upgrade and the quality of the room was something else , this hotel group has high standards well at least for this hotel . From the roof terrace to the impeccable decor of the whole hotel . Nothing beats a kind and warm welcome when you arrive at a hotel , topped off with a lovely smile and amazing receptionist in Davinia. This was followed up by the very helpful Tamara who was on the later shift on the front desk . These 2 people really are a credit to the hotel . Thank you for giving us a memory for life in this beautiful festive city .

I guess only thing I can say is for a 5 star hotel ideally I would like a pool and gym , possibly a spa but I know there was a sister hotel who had a spa .But the beautiful location in this classic building probably made that currently not possible .
