Great location, great layout of the apartment, very comfortable and clean.

Our apartment was facing at a construction site so it was a bit noisy and not the best view but this is only a temporary thing, so it is not really a complaint. I would just recommend you ask about apartments that are facing towards one of the small squares which are lovely. But we were happy regardless of this, so this is more of a suggestion to ask at booking, otherwise everything was great.

The apartments are around two small squares less than 5 mins walk from the Cathedral so in the heart of the old town. We had a 3rd floor apartment, with view of square below from 2 Juliet balconies. Well equipped kitchen, excellent bathroom and comfortable living and dining area. Valencia old town is full of historical interest and museums and galleries. Shops , restaurants and bars. City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanographic are a must see, go by line 10 tram from Alacant metro station. The tourist bus trip to Albuferia marshes and lagoon and boat tour is an easy way to get a flavour of that area. A fabulous week and accommodation to match.

Reception booked us a taxi for final morning to take us to metro station, we waited for 10 mins from booked time, then asked reception to chase for us, taxi firm then said would be another 10 minutes. 25 mins after booked time we gave up and walked to Xativa metro station, only took 10 minutes and pavements and squares are smooth and no problem with wheeled cases. Metro is great way to get to airport.

What a great location! The unit is in the center of everything. Unit is large enough for 4 people and has view of local court. Unit is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is professional and attentive. They recommended us things to do and to see while in the city. We left our luggage at reception few hours before our check in and enjoyed stroll through the city. Bike rental nearby is a must. Biking trail is in the former river bead, and is shaded by the reas. You can get everywhere from here by a bike. Notable locations, Cathedrals and city gate nearby, bike to museum of art and sciences (by Calatrava), beach, aquarium, etc.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities, and Mon Suite staff was very welcoming.

The apartment was repainted a few days before so there was an intense smell of paint. It took a whole day of opening the windows to become breathable. The showers' floors were very slippery so take care. One of the showering system (to open/close water) was tricky to figure out how it works. The internet is a common one for the residents of Mon Suite so not that fast, the signal could be received ok from the kitchen living room, but it was not working from upstairs. The bedroom upstairs had two single beds side by side. As we were two couples, we would have preferred a double bed.

Modern clean apartments in side streets just off the Placa de la Reine - a wonderful central location with all of the old city sights within a 5-10 minute walk. We were there for Las Fallas so we knew it would be noisy outside (and it certainly was!) but once the festival was over the streets around were quiet and peaceful. Good facilities in the apartment with comfortable beds and ample towels. Did not bring a car which was just as well because the on-site parking is inaccessible during Las Fallas.

Details on how to use the hob and washing machine are a little rudimentary - some more detail would be helpful.

Excellent location, in the center of the old city center, with access to the metro, bus at a distance of approx. 5-600m. All tourist attractions in the old town can be reached on foot. You really don't have anything to do with a car (although there is a parking space), but narrow and very narrow streets, full of tourists. The apartments are new (although we are in the old center), spacious, clean, well equipped, access by elevator. Around dozens of restaurants, small shops and of course the Mercado Central where you can find everything you need

There were aspects that bothered us. Poor sound insulation inside the building and the apartment. Being the apartment next to the elevator, all the traffic seemed to pass through our apartment. We also had the misfortune to have as neighbors on the upper floor probably a family with children, and who in the evening had a program to demolish everything around, moving the furniture. It was terrible. Regarding the equipment of the kitchen, I would suggest having kitchen towels (made of paper), basic spices, because for a stay of 3-5 days you don't have to buy kg or packages of these things.

Mon suites apartments have an excellent location, right next to all the best sightseeing spots in the old town. We had the two-bedroom apartment with French balconies that had a very charming view over a small street and a building with green shutter windows- very authentic. There is a great vibrant restaurant which was always busy right in the same building and also the amazing Italian restaurant next door. The apartment is not luxury but it’s very clean and has everything we needed. Plus all the appliances looked as if they were never used. It’s definitely great value for money and we will choose it again next time!

Comfortable apartment in a pedestrian zone so very quiet at night. Lift to 3rd floor but quite steep steps in apartment from living/kitchen to bedroom. Good wifi. TV had English News Channels. Kitchen well equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Shower gel in shower. Iron and ironing board. Safe in wardrobe. Good restaurants very close and Carrefour mini supermarket 5 minutes walk. 5 minutes to walk to Central Market and 2 minutes to Cathedral Square. Helpful reception from 10.00am. Taxi to airport from by Silk Market was 16 euros.

Towels and bedding only changed every 7 days..... Half way through stay would have been better. Sink plugs needed replacing as didn't seal. We dropped our own rubbish bags into adjacent public big bins as not collected till 7 day refresh.

Clean, centrally located in a small square that feels very homey. We had booked wrong for arriving 1 day too early and they were very kind working with booking.com to shift the dates for u, which was very appreciated. Apartment was clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Has elevator for heavy suitcases. Secured and quiet, close to all. Our suitcases didn’t arrive with us. They were delivered the next day but not until 6:30 pm. We were out and the office personnel was super kind when asked to put them in our apartment before the office closed for the day at 8pm. El Ingles Cortes department store was a great place to pick up a few things when your luggage was missing. Also for grocery shopping. Easy check in and check out. I would recommend this apartment.

A little light on dishes, glasses & provisions. Space was fine for 2 but would be tight for more.
