breakfast, there was more than enough. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and accurate. Location very good because it was nearby bus stops and metro. The beds were good. Check-in check out went smoothly.

We took dinner for 1 time, it was a poor dish for a lot of money. The staff in the restaurant (waiter) gave little attention to us and talked too much (to loud) to other guests. He did not gave us the feeling of an appreciated guest. The rooms were a bit noisy but we have slept very well.

Location, style, clean and safe

We asked for the key to fully open our balcony (like in the advertised photos) but was told not allowed for security reasons. When I complained to Bookings.com they rectified immediately and got the doors unlocked. We had to request the robes which were included in the price and description Single beds were pushed together upon arrival so we had to move them apart and arrange the bedside tables ourselves Requested kettle was in our room but no mugs/ cups so we had to request those separately

Location was exceptional for exploring old city, easy walking distance to majority of sites. The facility was spotless and staff very knowledgeable and accommodating, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. A stand-out was Jose from the cafe who anticipated our order for a second coffee after the first day! An added benefit was the extraordinary building located opposite the outdoor cafe area, a visited historical site. And the lovely tree-lined street also added to the ambiance.

The one negative is that they don't offer complimentary coffee either in the rooms or at the cafe. Breakfast is a surprisingly steep 18 euros which seemed out of line with other pricing in the city., and to offer at least one complimentary coffee in the morning seems reasonable. And though minor, the seating area at bottom of stairs offers only 3 chairs, when 90% of the time at least 4 people are waiting for cabs, etc.

We had a great corner room with 2 balconies and overlooking the old palace, it was clean and bright and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the old town or linking through to the park that runs down to the coast. We used the bus to take a trip out to the beach and a stop is right outside the hotel. If you take the breakfast option, it offers a good selection of cold buffet options, that are regularly replenished and of good quality, the only down side was the 2 runs of steps up to the buffet area which made it a little difficult for less abled individuals especially if you wanted to eat outside on the cafe tables

Coffee machine in the room would have been a useful item, other than that everything was great

Our room was beautifully clean and well decorated. And you really can't beat the location. Really friendly and helpful staff too! A fabulous place to stay 😊

Nothing major! The bar closes quite early some days, but there are lovely places very close by so not a big deal. And our bed was very firm, but plenty folk like a firm mattress!

Pretty much everything; staff incl cleaners need to be congratulated on the level of service they provide, continental breakfast plus cooked eggs and bacon very delicious, smack bang in the centre of Valencia means so much is accessible within minutes.

Small niggles; no tea/coffee in room, restricted range of teas at breakfast, not enough storage space in room particularly if staying for a week or more.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was wonderful and comfy bed. The balcony was wonderful as well. The location was central and easy walking access to everything.

I got in at 3am and was outside for about 5 minutes before someone opened the door. There should be key card access outside the building in case nobody is at front desk after hours. An iron would be nice to press wrinkled clothes.

The room had great space, was very well decorated, clean and the ar conditioning worked perfectly. We were really happy that we probably had the one of the rooms with best view in the hotel :)

Some people from the staff were not the most friendly. We missed having a closed shower stall (or best engineered?) considering it was impossible to take a shower without weating the whole bathroom.

All staff were very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean. The breakfast room was pleasant and buffet well stocked.

The hotel is on a busy street, so there was some outside noise which is o be expected. But soundproofing between rooms could be better as noise carried through from other guests

Perfect location and perfect breakfast with view on Museum of Ceramics. Very well arranged the common spaces in the hotel.

3-beds room should be also adapted for the third person (lamp and table missing) but it looked like the third guest was just „additional” in a double room. Too hot in the room but opening the window at night was not the option as too noisy. Air-conditioning was not an option as with unpleasant smell.
