A well presented hotel in a simply fantastic location. The main square is a mere 2 min walk away - from here you can stroll through Valencia's beautiful streets to reach all the major things to see. Next door to the hotel is a mini-market for all your essentials. Opposite is the fabulous Cafe Madrid - well worth visiting for an Agua de Valencia. The staff are lovely - very swift and pleasant check in with Raul. The rooms are a decent size and are well equipped. Special mention to the rain shower that was lovely to just stand in. Things like an iron or corkscrew are available from reception. Good sized TV with the ability to use YouTube on it. I'd happily stay here again.

Towels were not changed when maid visit - the room was just cleaned. Very noisy, echoing corridors - doors slamming or people talking are aplified.

Fabulous location, mini market right beside it. A restaurant bar other side of street to it. It’s down a quiet street but few minutes walk to everything. So central. Reception staff were so friendly. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Laura and matha they were amazing. Laura gave us a map of the city and explained everything that was of interest around. She circled areas and restaurants that we might like. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable overlooking the street. Comfortable beds and great shower. Would definitely stay and this hotel again and would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect for us.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city. It is a 5m walk to the cathedral, food market and Silk Exchange and very close to two beautiful squares and the Redondo, full of cafes and restaurants. If you’re going to Valencia for a cultural city break there couldn’t be a better location. (It is also only 35m from the beach on the 32 bus). The rooms are well equipped and comfortable; the bathrooms are lovely, clean and very modern with powerful showers and excellent toiletries. The breakfast is well worth paying the extra 10€ for. The staff were also really helpful and polite.

I can commit that it will be harder to find a better place for the same price as in Petit Palace, here you will find the best staff, which provides you with the best hospitality, special thanks to Marta, Maite and Floris! If you need anything, ask; the staff is ready to help! 🙃🤝 The location is close to the centre, but still quiet enough. The bus stop to the beach is near the hotel, so you won't miss an opportunity to be burned 🥵🌞 The room was a bit small, but enough to do your stuff, bed was nice, the room was cleaned every day, and you have everything you need there like a vault, chair, table, and a place to hang your clothes. Also, they give you everything for bathing, which is nice! 🚿🧴

The only disadvantage is the view, which is direct to the other windows, but overall, you won't spend too much time in a hotel during the day 🏖️🛍️

Found the safe instructions quite complicated (ie had to use a credit card, and it wasn't clear which way round/up the card had to be swiped) Worked it out in the end, but not that keen on swiping a credit card. Usually a code number is sufficient, without having to get one's credit card out the whole time. Also risky to leave the card behind in the room, when needing to take it out!

Super well placed, in the centre of Valencia, very near everything, about 50m from the Palace of the Marquis de Dos Aguas. quite large (about 15 square metres, plus large bathroom). Great staff. Good breakfast, reasonably priced by Valencia standards (12€, but for that you won't need to eat till dinner time !)

magical in the centre of Valencia best location

The location of this hotel was perfect and very central. We came to Valencia by train so it took us only 10minutes to reach the Renfe. It is in a quiet street so it is not noisy and you have everything in walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, i love all the amenities in the room, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and fresh products, we also could rent bikes for free. The staff was super nice and friendly. We had an amazing experience in this hotel and we would highly recommend it.

AMAZING location. Great breakfast, nice staff, good wifi, great lobby and free coffee and tea all day. Comfy beds and bedding and a fabulous bathroom. I loved this hotel and would stay again in the center. They got us a taxi to the airport for €30 early in the AM and it just made our trip, smooth and fantastic.

The room is a bit tight but we only slept there and we were out all day.

The hospitality at reception. The very kind and helpful receptionist named Laura was an absolute gem 👌 💎 The shower was excellent and with good toiletries too 👍 Excellent location and value for money, centre of everything & great for exploring Valencia 💯 Would definitely visit again

The room was small and compact with not much natural light However it was sufficient for my short solo stay.
