Fantastic location in the middle of the old town just off the main square by the cathedral. Couldn’t have been a better fit for us, and it was a great bonus to have the restaurant on the main level for a bite to eat - the food was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating too, even with a lot to do between running both the restaurant and the hotel they took time to help us out when we needed it.

We were on the first floor above the restaurant, which was a little noisy from the crowd and then from the cleaning up and closing down activities for the restaurant after hours. It was a surprise to us the first night, but we got used to it after that.

This hotel was in a great location at Plaza de la Reina, which is the central square in Valencia. I stayed on the 4th floor in the loft, which was great. I had access to the rooftop patio which was a great place to relax. The room was well equipped. We were given welcome snacks and Cava. There was a lot of room to relax, with a sofa and a little table. There was a huge jacuzzi tube in the main part of the room which I didn't use. The bathroom had a shower that had a rainforest setting and a handheld attachment.

Occasionally the front desk was not manned, so it was hard to reach someone. The staff member who did man the desk was always very pleasant though!

Location is the biggest advantage here, right next to the cathedral.

The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear the music and fights of the neighbors. If you are tired enough you might not mind. The room is indeed small but manageable. the only issue is with the shower that is a tight fit getting in and out. The shower also was leaking a bit into the room, so we had to use a towel to stop it.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the plaza. Very clean and modern room. Room felt spacious. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Having an air con and lift was great for us. Windows were very soundproof, was not disturbed at night despite being so central.

Loud scratching sound when opening bathroom door (may need oil). Having to enter via the restaurant. As felt bad walking into restaurant/ past dining guests with our own food but staff were always friendly when we did.

It had exceptional location, where public transport stations were very close; it had nearby supermarkets and lots of restaurants/coffee bars. The hotel staff was kind and helpfully. The restaurant of the hotel had very tasteful food. The room was cleaned every day.

The wifi connection is the only thing that did not function properly at the hotel. It was very slow and poor. Hope they make it better for other guests.

great location and clean room

the layout was a bit odd. the spa bath was at the end of the bed and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom with the loo and shower but outside in the bedroom. location great but a bit noisy from other rooms and the street

It was a great location (i.e., right near the main cathedral), the staff was very accommodating, it has a decent restaurant, and the shower was exceptional.

The Wifi was acting a little funny, you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel reception which is a tight squeeze with lots of traffic, and the hallways and passageways are a bit run down (although the room is updated).

Excellent location and one of the best breakfast deals you can get in Spain. The hotel also manages a traditional Valencian restaurant. We had toast with tomato and Serrano ham, café con leche and when we asked the manager for some churros, he gave them for free! Super friendly staff!

Would be nice to have a separate reception area to receive guests since the restaurant can get very busy and the access is through the table area.

Went to Valencia in 2018 and had a enjoyable meal in El Siglo. Decided at the time when we returned to Valencia, we would stay there as location very central and was very close to all sight.

Can’t think of anything to comment on.

Location absolutely superb, friendly, safe etc. We were there during Fallas, so it was buzzing for several days, quite amazing. Great coffee, breakfast, lovely menu.

Very little, but maybe some more ventilation to dry towels. (only because we chose not to have fresh towels every day!)
