The room and bathroom were clean and had all amenities that you would need for a short city trip. The WiFi and air con worked really well, the underground parking available was a big bonus and the continental breakfast had everything you could ask for and more. Friendly staff and overall great value for money!

The room smelled quite strongly of bleach when we first came in but between opening the window and the air con, it went away quickly.

This is a great value for the money and perfect for shorter stays. Everything was functional and the neighborhood is quiet, but then again, we only stayed one night there. Although not in the city center, you can reach the "Puente de Piedra" after an easy 10-15 minute walk. There is a big supermarket next door in case you need it, which is good. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy.

Great option for a short stay with generally available street parking. Affordable hotel about 25 minute walk away from tapas and museums. Hotel has machine providing free coffee, breakfast for purchase, and parking for purchase (but street parking generally available). Bed was comfortable.

While good option for a short stay, the rooms were generally small and not the best for a longer stay in town.

Very good place to visite Zaragoza (20 minutes walking to the city center). The Hotel is very new and have all you need to visit the city. Very confortable and the stuff is very kind.

Parking is a little bite expensive for the guests (7 EUR). I understend you want to make an economic filter between the guests that use parking and the ones that not use, but for example in my particular case I only stay 8 hours on the Hotel and 7 EUR is expensive but necessary (the neighborhood didn't seem very safe/secure to leave the car on the street). I think 5 EUR for the parking is a fair value for the hotel and for the guests, but is just my opinion.

Very comfy beds. Extremely clean. Excellent staff, very helpful.

The hotel has recently changed ownership and is awaiting signage. If we hadn't stayed before many times we wouldn't have found it. Something totally beyond the hotel's hands is the poor signage to exit the motorway. Same poor signage when joining motorway, luckily the staff at reception gave us directions.

Very friendly, efficient, capable staff. They had English and at least one of them had French also. They were also patient when we tried speaking to them in Spanish. Car parking facilities. All as expected. About a 20mn walk to the old part of Zaragoza. The reception staff put us in the right direction, and showed us where we could eat on a map. Close to a large supermarket.

Breakfast was ok but a bit limited Could easily be improved with some tomatoes and more variety of cakes For some reason staff don't give you a fork to eat breakfast I had to ask for one every single morning How are you supposed to eat ham and cheese without a fork?

Paloma was amazing, she was so helpful and friendly. We had secure parking on site. The pet friendly room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, offering a good choice. Excellent value for money.

Maybe a USB port in the rooms to charge the phones.

Beverages in the hallway, comfortable bed and pillows, cleanliness

There is only one elevator in the whole hotel so it gets very crowded. You should have at least one stairs or another elevator, having both would be the best.

Staff very accommodating and helpful as we arrived very later than planned. Hotel very clean and rooms basic but clean and suited our needs
