The superior rooms were beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is nice although sea was rough due to monsoon season but to make up for it the pool was great.it was also nice that they had something on most nights but they could tell guests at checkin what is on so guests can join the shows/activities. The free massage was also wonderful.

The lifts had a strange damp smell they should do something about.

we had a great stay at pandanus beach resort and spa. specially thank you for free upgrade to deluxe room with nice sea view. specially thanks to front office team Chathu, Sara, Sankaja and the restaurant staff kalum , malan . everyone is very helpful.

The room with the view was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming specially Tharu Rashan, the buffet for breakfast and dinner were outstanding.. I had a wonderful experience because they organised my wife's birthday so a special thanks to Mr. Madawa.

The room was amazing with a full sea view, it was super spacious and comfy and quiet. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and well looked after and it was exactly what I needed to properly unwind for a few days. Vijay the man who cleaned my room made me awesome towel sculptures everyday, it was just a little touch but I loved it ❤️

The bar service could be improved by allowing the bar staff to produce the tickets to sign for your order there rather than them having to go to reception to get the ticket printed. There could have been some more vegetarian options at breakfast.

Check in easy and quick, overall stay was enjoyable, location and beach were wonderful, staff was very accommodating and friendly, breakfast and dinner were great. We took a tour to Sigiriya and Dambulla, transport provided by the hotel with competitive price, driver was brilliant.

Communication with the hotel via booking.com was useless. We haven't got answers to any of our queries until now. No communication at all. We had been messaging the hotel since a couple of months before arrival, however received absolutely no resposne. Bed mattress was quite uncomfortable, we guess it was due to polyethylene covering added by the hotel.

Really nice stay and welcome on arrival was good. Food is tasty, cleanliness of the room is fine. We stayed ground floor room. Easy access to pool and the beach. We would like to thanks all staff specially bell boys, reception sara, chathuri, susanthi with Ms Nayomi, cashier Heshan. And special thing to mention speed of the restaurant and bar staff should be improved. Thank you for everything we will visit again.

Location was great plus the property is nice nd well maintained.

1. Despite so many Indians visiting Srilanka nd this place, there was hardly any Indian dishes / basic food in the dinner spread at the resort. Resort should engage an Indian/ Asian Cook. 2. Pillows were too bulky nd uncomfortable to sleep

We are vegetarians and most of the food at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffet was Meat. The hotel provide more vegetarians and Vegan options. Food could have been better, specially Pizza and more options should be provided.

Beautiful location. The beach is stunning. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff, specifically from the front desk: Dilhara, Sara, Chaturi, and Ravi.

More work could be done to control the insects (ants, small bugs) in the room. They were a bit annoying.
