The hotel has a great location and the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are good and the staff were very kind to even grant us an upgrade to our room which was highly appreciated. Overall very good hotel experience and the staff are excellent.

The food wasnt great at the Hotel. The rooftop bar/restaurant seemed lifeless at night and the food wasnt great there. The breakfast didnt taste very good either and options were limited. Some work needs to be done to keep the breakfast area clean as well, this is because we ended up having an ant problem on the table that we were sat on as ants kept continuously creeping into our plates!

just as a warning it is up a large hill with very winding roads. no tuk tuk driver would take us and our taxi struggled. it’s also about 15 minutes from Kandy centre so you need to plan your day properly as you can’t just nip back

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Especially the housekeeping staff who worked on the 2nd floor. Everyone from the managers to the junior staff members were all friendly. The room was spacious and nicely kept. It was clean, the view from the room was nice. Best place to spend the evening would be the lovely rooftop bar they have, it is simply the best place in the hotel.

The food was not the best - a lot of areas to improve. Ordered a Tom Yum soup off their room service menu, the portion was tiny and for 1000+ it was not worth the price. The French fries I had in the evening was also not good, most of the fried were over done, burnt on the sides. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the menu was not well designed, for example too many staples and less other choices like (Skip rice and give milk rice, not everyone eats plain rice in the morning, the bread counter had insects flying around it). However, the Nasi Goreng I ordered was quite possibly the worst one I ever tried, I mouth was enough for me to send it back.

location, property is located on hill top which is 3 km from Kandy station and bus stop. Uber drivers and local Auto drivers refuse to come to the hotel and overcharge passengers. There are two roads to the hotel one very risky and unsafe and other via hospital street is long winding but safe road. Do arrange pickup from hotel or book via Uber. there are no lights on the road.

Family Suite in separate building - really spacious, with a view. All comfort you need, good shower, coffee tea facilities, fridge. All facilities and rooms are super clean. We appreciate relaxing music and quality sound in common areas. Extraordinary staff and great choice at the breakfast buffet. I wish I stayed longer. What you see in the pictures is reality which is nit always a case in the area.

Next to main building is a new construction that might be annoying if you stay at the room daytime.

If you have your personal conveyance then it is perfect for your vacation. Rooms have a beautiful view, highly recommended. It also has infinity pool with an amazing view. While reaching the hotel, just make sure you follow the signs on road and connect with hotel to reach safely (google map not recommended). Breakfast was alright, just what you need in the morning!

it’s not something really negative but when you book this hotel you need to know it’s 15 minutes from city center on top of the hill.so, once you are in Kandy town you need to stay there because coming back in the hotel for some rest or for a shower is not that easy and quick! you also need a good driver to reach it because the road is very steep and narrow.

Excellent view, the hotel is located in a top of a hill Spotlessly clean Great design Helpful staff Large bed Modern amenities Delicious breakfast with decent amount of choices . A big like : They offer accommodation and meals for the driver ( if you have a local driver).

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Access is possible with car, Tuk-Tuk, but I don’t thing it would be possible with larger buses, in case you are traveling as a group. The approach road is quite narrow and steep at places.

This is my 2nd stay here and the experience was as good as last time. The dinner buffet was great, very friendly staff, excellent rooftop bar and the view. Overall you get a very good feel of relaxation as soon as you enter the premises. I am waiting to visit the place again.

Unfortunately we had to move rooms, as there was an ant problem. Difficult to get consistent hot water, and the hotel was on a mountain side so tuk tuk drivers were reluctant to take us. We were told the hotel was 7min drive from town. But it was more like 20mins and there was nothing else in the surrounding area e.g places to eat
