The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the location is literally next to the station and the bed was very comfortable. Also, as a vegan couple, the hotel made sure we had a vegan breakfast every morning, which was very kind! Last but not least. We could grab a tea or a coffee in the lobby throughout the day. And they offer borrowing bikes as an extra.

Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't fully plant based. Hopefully in the future 🌱🇸🇪

Very good location! Everything is located near the hotel: transport, restaurants and cafes for every taste and price, various museums and shops. The design of the room is nice, very comfortable shower and bed. For breakfast, the choice is small, but very tasty croissants, granola and fresh juices. Adding sliced ​​cheese, ham, sausage and cream cheese for breakfast would be perfect.

The biggest and only negative in the hotel is that there are no power sockets next to the bed.

Spent time in Lund and Malmo to celebrate my birthday and I informed them about it. They upgraded my room and it was so splendid. Extremely sweet of them! Staff were friendly and nice. Rooms were very clean and modern. The toilet was really the best part, with a nice bathtub. Very spacious and comfortable. TV connects with our devices too! Only thing was we had no clue how the room heating system worked or was operated (may be automatic?), but it wasn’t a big problem because we were not freezing (just like it warmer). Coffee was also free. Breakfast spread was not spectacular, but still very decent. Not to mention, the location is really central. Loved the stay:-)

The location was really close to the central train station which was a pro. The staff were quite helpful and the hotel environment and rooms were exceeding expectations. Also there was a variety of public transportation lines near the facility so getting around town was no problem.

The breakfast could have included a wider variety of options(i.e. bread options which were narrowed down to either prepared sandwiches or croissants) Also the cost/value ratio was a tad unreasonable in my opinion but acceptable overall.

Fantastic hotel. Ambience, quiet and clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, excellent service, enjoyable public spaces to relax in, and fantastic location between Central Station and center of town. One of my favorite stays ever!

I honestly cannot think of a thing. We actually had a small electrical issue (wiring tripped and meeded electrician on a Sunday) and the way the staff rose to the occasion, giving us multiple immediate options including transfer to a four-star hotel, was simply astounding! Lundia’s staff simply cannot be beaten amd rival 5* hotel hospitality.

- The nice staff accommodated all our requests before arrival - The family room was great for a family of 5 - Great size for a king size bed - Great water pressure in the shower

- Impossible to find the right way in to the parking garage. The gps kept taking us to a no entry street - Not a great variety for breakfast although what was available tasted very well

I booked it because of the family room have bunk beds and my kids loved it. I loved the room too. Location was amazing! Right in the center.

Breakfast was just premade sandwich (2 options) and a croissant. Not even enough choices to choose from. My kids loved their croissant though coz it's newly baked.

Was a little disappointed when we arrived because the room booked isn´t what we were given, we were also disappointed with the breakfast. However, the receptionists were amazing! they were calm, allowed early check-in and late check-out for me and the group I traveled with, and were just overall professional and kind. Will definitely come back because of the staff!

Better breakfast.

Excellent location right in the heart of Lund. Delicious though simple buffet breakfast and an evening bar where we could buy a tasty IPA. Friendly staff who were accommodating when we wanted to add an extra night to our stay.

The room was too hot, especially during the night. Our van didn’t fit in the hotel garage (which I knew in advance) so we had to park in the station car park a short walk away.

I liked the Ritual shower gel and the towels a lot. The room was cute and we appreciated the fridge!

I did not like that there was no outlet close by the bed, there was one but the bed itself blocked it. Very little room for 2 suitcases.
