The hotel is very clean, has all the facilities you need. I have never seen so many plugs in a hotel room ever! And the beds were amazing, had so many aches and pains but when I woke in the morning they were gone and a really good night's sleep.

I think this is a personal preference to a small degree but the coffee/tea facilities are in the lobby/meeting area. But I think in the end I preferred that.

I really liked how the hotel was close to the highway but st the same time, it had the center of lund at 6/7 minutes by car. The rooms were cleaned really well and the staff at the entrance was super welcoming and polite for the whole length of our stay.

They could be a bit more attentive when it comes to the general room service, since for you many days towels and toilet papers were missing and we had to ask them to the reception

Fixtures and fittings where of a high standard. Reception area was very comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Sky bar was great for snack food and a drink with a view

Room was very small so suitcases had to stay open under the bed. Not a problem for folks that stay 1 or 2 nights but we were there for 4. The gym was well fitted out. Great to have a workout with a (5th floor) view

Fine value for the price. Clean and modern. Good breakfast. Practical location for getting around by car or tram. A few comfortable eating options in the area. Playground nearby.

In general a comfortable place. Surrounding area is modern but dull. Fine for a short walk but not in itself an attraction. Tables with breakfast very tall for children (which may also have its advantages ...).

Great value for the price. The hotel is super new, beds where comfortable. All clean and modern. Over-head rain shower head and very clean and modern bathroom.

The room warmed up very quickly when two people where sleeping in it, even with the AC on the lowest setting. The AC was a bit difficult to operate and we had to ask the receptionist how it works. There was no way of opening the window to let fresh air in. Also, the hotel is a bit far away from the center but on the other hand there was a tram station 5 min away with connection to the central station in about 10-15 min.

It was a very basic room, but everything that was there was in good working order. But this is a hotel in Sweden, so there was art that straddled the line between chic and blasé and designer wooden knobs on the wall for hanging things (seriously). The shower was great.

The instructions for temperature control didn't make sense: the fan button on the controller didn't do anything for me, but I seemed to have been able to raise the room temperature. WiFi became more unreliable the further away from the door I was.

I really love the location of the hotel, since I had to go to MAX IV, it was quite convenient the location with the Tram station. The Staff is also amazing!!! all the guys and girls were nice and really really educated!!

I believe that the price of the breakfast was quit high.

At the same time, when I was spending one night only in the hotel, a group of teenagers were in my neighbour rooms. They had loud party during the night. Smashing doors, talking loud in front of the doors. It was only unlucky from the room organization to give me that room, in the middle of the teenagers group. Different floor would have been better.

The room was very clean and fresh. The staff were kind. We loved the skybar. Good facilities.

I would have liked a telephone to be able to communicate with the reception instead of going down everytime I need help. I would have liked a mini fridge were we can keep our drinks or fruits.
