The buffet breakfast provided was delicious, as was the dinner. Have a great kitchen team. The location is right next to sky city. You don't need to take a car. You can walk directly to the hotel after getting off the plane, which is convenient and quiet. Overall it's good

Unfortunately, I got sick with a high fever upon arriving at the hotel. The pharmacies outside were closed at that time, and I didn't bring any medicine, so I consulted the hotel. I was surprised that such an excellent hotel did not stock regular medicines. This is disappointing.

We were flying very early, so we decided to stay as near as possible from the airport . The hotel was a very good surprise. Everything from checkin to checkout did go very well. The hotel also has a restaurant. We have had dinner there and food is according with what you would expect. And breakfast (at 4AM) was excelent. You just don't have cooked food (eggs, ham, etc.). You have fruit juices, milk, yoghurt, bread, cheese, coffee, tea, etc.

I definitely do not know what could be better. This hotel is exactly what I was expecting for an airport hotel, with a honest price (around 100 EUR per night).

Convenient location for those arriving late or with long connection periods, good amenities and friendly staff at check-in.

The couch was set even though we were only two adults, this used up most of the free space we needed (traveling with a 1 year-old that already walks); the door of the room would open even if it was locked from the inside whenever our daughter touched the side button (the room was wheelchair accessible) and the door would not close again easily; no way of choosing lights (either all or none would be on at the same time); staff at check-out didn’t even say goodbye (simple ignored us); no fridge in the room.

The room was perfectly satisfactory for a one night stay before our departure and is well located for easy access to the airport. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice, with the exception of the coffee, which was only filter coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Having only one duvet on the double bed was a bit confusing. Instructions that there is a spare in the drawer if there are two people are only available if you turn on the TV. A drop off area outside the front door of the hotel would be helpful if you have a car and need to drop of people/luggage.

The first time I stayed here, I think my expectations were a bit too high. I chose to stay again because I needed to recover from jetlag and wash clothes after staying in an outdated airbnb during my travels. I was satisfied with the service the second stay. Breakfast felt more orderly and tidier (I went during a busier time), and the room felt just fine. Not the coziest, but also not the worst.

The first time I stayed, I had breakfast quite early and many people had left dishes out which had not been cleaned up. This along with internet problems and watermarks on the counter in the bathroom made the place feel not super cozy. Telenor's phone service doesn't seem to work inside the hotel. I had to connect to wifi and could not make or take calls unless my phone was near a window.

Just a 10 minutes walk from the Terminal 4, very close by, perfect spot for someone who changes their flight at Arlanda or comes really late. The hotel is beautiful and clean. You can buy food at the deli station 24/7, which is kind of helpful when you get to the hotel in the middle of the night after the whole day of traveling. Breakfast is from 3:00 am to 9:30, good hours, and food is delicious. Many options to choose from.

Food at the deli station is a little bit expensive, but I get it. It’s a hotel at the airport, so yeah. I wasn’t satisfied with customer service, though. We ended up in the hotel around midnight, after a whole day of traveling and delayed flight. We decided to buy food at the deli station, so we chose products and went to the bar to pay for it. The guy behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us for a good few minutes, bc he was busy texting someone. Finally, he came to us, heated up our food, made us pay and didn’t even say goodbye or goodnight at the end. He looked like he was there as a punishment. Terrible customer service.

The room was very special. It's often difficult to find a room for three people, so this was a very positive surprise. It was extremely spacious, even the ceiling was very high. There was a bunk bed for the third person, and we especially enjoyed the relaxation corner at the window so you could see the airplanes. The location was good, and it was very easy to get to the airport by walking through the Sky City.

Everything was great, so only negative thing I can think of that the tables at breakfast could be cleaned a bit more often. When we arrived we had difficulty finding a table because most of them were filled with dirty dishes.

The hotel is easy to find, very close to Terminal 4. It is new and clean, self check in worked perfectly. My room was big and clean. Bed is comfortable. On-site restaurant serves fast, they have all needed. Wake up call is automated. Water is drinkable from the tap. What I personally liked - fast and big elevators and wide corridors. Feels good. Despite lots of people, there were no lines for the elevators. Early breakfast is perfect, tastier and better then my breakfast in Clarion in the city. They had overnight oats, was very tasty. This is one of the best value for money ratio I have ever had.

A lot of people, but you can always find a cosy place for you in the restaurant as well as in the bar lobby. No safe in the room.

Convenient to the airport. Good sized room and bathroom. Very clean. We faced the airport and didn't hear any sounds. That side of the building has double-pane windows, plus another layer of windows. Restaurant and bar very nice. Had two dinners in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold foods, plus gluten-free choices.

Would have liked a safe in the room as we stayed two nights and went into Stockholm for the day. I suppose most people are only staying one night before or after their flights and a safe isn't really necessary.

At check-in, the hotel receptionist staff charged me extra money to check in one hour before time. Also, the room was crampy. This staff was probably new or she was disinterested in listening to me. But I was lucky to find another receptionist staff was super helpful and she went out of her way to ensure my pet cat and I were comfortable. If there was an award - I would give it to her. For her, my impression of the hotel and my stay became worthwhile. Small gestures go a long way to building public relation! I am unsure if I should name this wonderful staff - she is wonderful treasure for your hotel.

The pet friendly room should be room like X34 or X35. Please do consider in future booking
