Front office staff were pleasant and efficient. They want to help. The Buffet Breakfast was very nice. More fresh fruit maybe. It got hammered a couple of times by tour groups on the weekend but settled down after that. I liked the food esp Scandinavian pancakes, cooked by your own fair hand with whipped cream and Maple Syrup. Coffee was a little iffy but there was plenty of what was provided. Getting there from Arlanda suited me because you can avoid the very expensive express train by getting a bus from term 5 to Marsta then the commuter trains 40 or 41 to Ulriksdal (3 stops before Stockholm City (Central), then walk to Hoom. Saves a bunch esp if you are over 67, as am I, (BTW there are a lot of such discounts in Stockie but you have to ask) and marginally longer.

It's getting a little tatty. The corridor carpets need replacing. It takes it down a notch unnecessarily. There's a 10 min walk to commuter train station into which some quite crowded trains arrive during rush hour( not ideal if you have luggage etc.).

Breakfast was great as it had a full buffet including UK style cooked breakfast, waffles, cereals, yoghurt plus usual European bread, meat and cheeses. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious for 1 person - shower water pressure was great. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

No airconditioning in the room - at least controllable. Not having 24/7 reception. The breakfast buffet was a bit slow to refill the bacon,eggs, etc section. Roadworks meant access by walking to the airport bus was complicated and took a very long time - had I known, I would have gotten a cab (not hotels fault).

Consider keeping in mind there are other international travelers other than Europeans and decide some menu more people have turned vegan so include vegan stuff

The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. These two things were important for me as I was travelling for work. The hotel doesnt look the newest but its all clean and in good order nevertheless. The staff had a great, friendly and positive attitude. Quality and freshness of the breakfast did surprise, tho there could have been more salad options. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you dont absolutely need to stay in the city center. It's easy and fast to get to the city center or to the Arlanda airport with bus or train.

Considering the price, I can't really point out anything I didnt like. Sure there are fancier, newer hotels closer to the city center but if that's not important, there really isn't anything to complain about.

The accommodation is in a very good location, the train station is approx. 5-6 minute walk, 15 minutes by train to the city center. The airport is also easily accessible by train. The breakfast was exceed all expectations. Not only was there a hot and cold breakfast, also several types of yogurt, fish and waffles were available. In addition, coffee and tea were available throughout the day (both on-site and takeaway) Dinner was hot, although there was just one option. (it would have been nice if the selection was a little bigger) All in all, a very good accommodation with a great location and a comfortable bed. I strongly recommend it, whether for a few days or longer!

I liked the breakfast. Lots of varieties, very clean, in the hotel at main floor. I liked the room with the comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is located close to the metro 40/41. Walking for 15 minutes not more.

I wouldn't say I didn't like something. We had a miscommunication since I arrived and it has been fixed it after 48 hours without any problems. All was good.

I stayed just for one night due to my flight so it was okay with shared bathroom - it was clean, the corridor outside the room was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay and not far away from the Central Stockholm by train. Very nice breakfast - great selection. I'll book it again, when I am in Stockholm.

Just the noisy corridor, I could hear people talking during the night, weak Internet connection in the room.

Good hotel rooms, arrangements for children beds was made nice. Dinner was served but only chicken and rice. We had to go out for dinner. Would be good to have some more things for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good, lots of varieties of food. Only thing is some fruits looked old. Location was good since we used car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had trouble with parking, we purchased parking but accidentally parked in wrong building and next day we realised we had to pay double. But staff was good and they refunded our fee that we had prepaid at hotel. Would be good to show to guests exactly which building is hotel parking. Large lounge area was fun for kids. Rooms floors could be cleaned bit more, but was fine.

Dinner options for veggies. Need of Little more cleanliness of room floors. Room windows need child protection.

An Interval between trains 20 minutes. 2.Clean room, bathroom, clean and fresh linens, towels. 3.Excellent and solid breakfast 4. Tea, coffee 24/7

No slippers No socket in bathroom Poor lightning in the room No refrigerator. Forget about complimentary dinner, if you come for leisure, most probably you will be in the downtown when it's being served. And it's not as good as breakfast.

Excellent range and choice of breakfast buffet, tasty evening meal, spacious dining area. Comfy clean room, friendly helpful staff. A ten minute train ride into the centre of Stockholm.

Our room was opposite the entrance to the staircase so the doors slammed and echoed a lot as the downstairs area is large and open - only a minor complaint as rest of stay was great and happy with everything else.
