The hostel was im a great location for travel and doing general shopping during your stay, the bedding was clean you had hot water 24 hours aday, , kitchen area but no cooker to store and prepper food,. Wash machine and dryer

The hostel is very basic, but the beds are comfortable, this is a very basic hostel but they do provide a good service , you have to shore your showers in a shower room with other shower cubicles, but there are separte showers rooms for females & males and on the 3rd day they did smell kind of funky, but what are you wanting for the price its a bed in a great location where you can get a hot shower & a great night sleep , please look at the positives over the negatives

I checked in after 00.00, and left before 09.00. Perfect for me! Code to the room (and other facilities) in the mobile phone, no need to check in at a specific time or so. Great single room with window, nothing special but enough for me after a concert. Never used the showers or kitchen, but the luggage room was fine(and my things were still there after 10+ hours). VERY close to the metro station of Zinkensdamm, and because of that also close to the rest of Stockholm. I rate this 4/5, but again I didn't use all of the facilities. Bed was good, but linnen/towel is not included in the price (you have to pay extra 60 SEK for that, wich is fine but not in the price list).

Nothing/Inget/Nada

The Staff was really really friendly and nice! They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Everything was clean and the location was really good. I would come back at any time and can recommend this accomondation. I would be surprised to find something like this again for this cheap in Stockholm. It was definitely better than we expected.

The only thing which was a little bit annoying was that we had to pay extra for bedsheets and towles. We planned to bring our own bedsheets, and it was not clearly communicated beforehand that you have to buy it whether you want to or not. I do not quite understand why it is then not immediately included in the price. The price was still totally fine for what we got.

Acco hostel is one of the best hostels I have ever visited. I have met few incredibly nice people from every corner of the world that are very keen for sharing their experiences. They create kind of community. We were playing jingo and domino in the evening and the atmosfere was just incredible. The host always tries to be at your dispose. There is a kitchen with full equipment and as a bonus free coffe. Last but not least the Acco hostel has a great location near metro station aka T Bana (Zinkensdamm and Hornstull) from which you can easily get to the centrum.

Nada

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was also clean. The location was good. The bed was comfortable. Good choice for friends (for a twin room). The worker at the reception was good and kind.

The only problem is the 5.60 euro fee for towel and bed linen, which the website did not mention as mandatory. After booking, they require this fee; you cannot stay without paying 5.60 euro. This fee should be mentioned in the beginning while reserving a room (should not be added after and showed as mandatory)

Manager of the hostel name is Hassan all the time work a lot. He is very kind, tidy and hardworking. If you have any problem you have to go to him ditectly. He definitly handel it. I had some problems, because this is a hostel and can be some problems, Hassan all the time interested to my problems and handel everything..If Hasan had not been the manager of this hotel, everything would have been bad. He sincerely took care of anyone who had a problem, even at night. I give all points for him. Thank you Hassan.

The hostel is quite clean and has a very good location. The room was small but comfortable, and the other girls were very nice. You can easily talk to people which is great. The staff was also helpful via text message prior to arrival.

The showers lack a bit of privacy since they don’t have a lock and only curtains to separate the stalls. Some people were very noisy in the corridor during the night but that can’t be blamed on the hostel.

When I came to hostel, my booking was canceled. I did not know about it. However hostel staff were very kind. They anyway found a place for me to stay. Furthermore, when I came to my room, it was a bit cold for me, because of my illness. I asked help from the manager Bobur. After some hours, Bobur found a solution and brought a heater to the room for me. Good manager 👍🏻

I have enjoyed the performance of the staff especially the manager whose name is Dejan who in particular was very attentive to all the demands of a reasonable guest! Thanks to him a million! 😃

First space should have been better and the kitchen is operated only on microwave cooking options which is not healthy!

The atmosphere was good. The hostel has good location. Everything is clean. There were people of different ages Good value for your money. I can recoomend to anybody.

The bed could have been more comfortable, a some of the matresses could be changed.
