Stuff was very helpful, also for solving problems created by management. The location near parks and lake is superb.

We booked very explicitly two single beds, as very described in detail by the booking.com conformation: Bed Size(s): 2 single beds (90-130 cm wide). Instead, we got one (very narrow) "not-really-double" bed. The very helpful and friendly stuff was able to solve the problem for subsequent nights but not for the first night. This kind of misinformation (not caring about what kind of beds one sells on booking.com) is quite common but non the less totally unacceptable. If the management does not have the tools to plan for beds in advance, it it very well possible to write on booking com: "beds will be either two singe beds (about ..cm) or one double bed (about .... cm)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the breakfast spread, the close location to the park, and how quiet it was! The staff were incredibly helpful! There is a washing machine on-site! My daughter and I rented a bike and had the best time.

The crib was broken (my husband had to prop it up with a bottle). There were several days where we came back for naptime around 1300/1400 and our room was not tidy. At this point, we opted not to have housekeeping come in so our children wouldn't be disturbed.

The hotel/hostel set up was a lovely find just out of the hustle ‘n’ bustle of the city, yet close enough and convenient for a short walk to/from the Metro. Very homely and welcoming. The fantastic breakfast selection lived up to expectations from previously seen reviews. A great start to each day! We never quite made it in time for waffles though or found the Guest Kitchen for some extra daytime drinks. The evening menu choices suited all the family, especially the burger! Communication prior to and during our stay was responded to promptly with extra measures/specific requests made. We didn’t want to leave.

The room was a little tight for a family of four and a lot of luggage but we managed fine. We were a little too warm overnight.

Friendly helpful staff, room was ready when we arrived to drop off our luggage. A communal kitchen allowed us to make coffee. Comfortable room, good shower. Superb breakfast. Very quiet despite many guests.

We asked for a kettle in room which didn't happen but there was a great communal kitchen so we could make coffee. As often seems to be the case when booking for three adults, the extra bed is crammed into the same sized room as for two. Three adults require one third extra floor space for baggage, etc!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by a park, close to the water and 2 metro stations and several restaurants and shops. Despite being busy, the hotel is very peaceful. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was great. The communal garden is a nice extra. The rooms are clean and practical.

No teaspoons at breakfast. Everything else was perfect.

Nice view, quite silent location so you can take a rest there. The TV had a bunch of channels and services including Disney+ which was a nice surprise. I had a double-bed room, so I can say that both beds were good haha. The included breakfast was ok as well. The staff was helpful (esp. since I don't speak Swedish!)

I really missed a net curtain in my window; the people passing by on the nearby sidewalk felt a tad too close without it. Sure, you could cover the window with a thick curtain but that just made the room dark and cut out the nice outside view.

A lovely hotel set in two-story wooden houses in a nice and quiet, yet central, area. The beautiful community gardens are next door and the nearest two metro stations are just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and we also used the on-site restaurant for dinner, which was great too.

The breakfast area was a little crowded, making it hard to find a free table.

Flexible and nice staff, lovely green location, but still close to public transport and shops/restaurants. A big park with playground just beside to the place, that was nice for everyone, but especially for family with kids. Nice breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs. Clean and comfy. I'll be back!

It was quite full for breakfast on Saturday morning, but Sunday was fine. Not a big problem, but a small small minus.

The location is inside a residential neighborhood, a bit far from the city center but that's no problem as there is a T subway station literally a few minutes away. The breakfast was just fine, average for a hotel in Europe. The staff was welcoming. The place also has a pub that I personally did not sit in

Very pleasant clean room professional staff great breakfast. Pro tip: if you are walking with suitcases from Zinkensdamm metro station do not follow Google maps walking directions! It will take you through a housing estate and down endless sets of steps. Follow the route for a car down Ringvagen and Zinkens vag, it's only a little further and much easier on your suitcase wheels.
