Loved the clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Everything you need. Including iron, ironing board, hair dryer and TV. Breakfast great. Location great. Metro station and bus stops very near by.

The fact that on description of facilities on booking.com it was not made clear that the spa comes with a pool. And the spa (including pool) is extra cost. And that the cost is pricey. Instead it seemed to say the hotel comes with pool. I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had a pool as part of facilities for guests. Description just needs to be clearer on booking.com Might've been better not to mention the pool in description. Or to indicate clearly it's extra. And what the current price is. Also, need to ensure more than 1 staff member available to check guests in at 3pm. It was busy

First time staying at Clarion,  purely business stay with limited time to enjoy the city but the hotel gave me everything needed. Huge compliments to members of staff in front lines (reception, housekeeping, breakfast team,  event organization etc). Big Thanks to Mimmi, who makes the stay literally perfect. Small details to comment  - understanding there is huge flow of guests which naturally goes hand in hand with extreme use of hotel equipment. In my room I have the possibility of experiencing bathroom doors broken , loose shower bar, also the quality of towels was not the best. Small bits.....which for sure can be focused on and get the overall experiencing even better.  Have not tried car parking facilities. Breakfast room overcrowded and many times tables very close to each other. On other hand nice variety of food, both cold and warm, fruit, cakes atc. Yet again, congratulation to members of staff who are looking after this;-) Next-time in Stockholm, yes I would come and stay again.

breakfast was a highlight, especially Mimmi greeting us each morning with a kick ass juice and her warm and welcoming smile.

we had small issues in our room, like the air con not up to par and the door to the bathroom unable to close, Suzan quickly fixed everything with a better room and air con that worked.

Loved the location close to the train station and grocery store. The beds were comfortable and we loved to soft pillowy duvet. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety catering to all diets and preferences. The service was excellent.

The room we were given was right next to the lift and we could hear it through the wall, the room was small and bathroom barely any space to move. For the money we paid we felt this was unreasonable and did not match the pictures advertised at all. The staff assisted with us moving to a room that was not next to a lift and much better in terms of space. However, one night a party was held in the function room below and we could feel and hear the vibration in the room of the music. Luckily it did not go beyond 11/12pm however this was disruptive to a restful nights sleep. I would recommend to move to upper levels to avoid this and check the events being held at the hotel when you stay.

We were really impressed by the breakfast, with a lot of variety to choose from and very tasty food. The room was spacious and we got our towels changed daily. Location was perfect, with a subway station right outside and the hotel is 2-3 stations from the center. There were lots of families in the hotel with young children, but it is very quiet. I would say it is a hotel fit for everyone.

For a 4 star hotel, the room design is a bit outdated. I didn't appreciate that I received some "offers" in the Booking inbox for booking an early check in at a % discount. We knew our flight would arrive very early, so I inquired about it and got a message that there is no early check in available, but at the hotel we were able to book it at a full price.

Wonderful receptionists and breakfast staff - greeting us with huge smiles and some goodies. Very comfortable beds and lovely soap/shampoo/conditioner from Rituals.

I had the impression there was a pool for guests (that’s why we chose this hotel), but it turned out it belonged to the spa and cost alot extra. I wish for clearer info on this when reading about the facility. Luckily the bathing house next door, Eriksdalsbadet, was open next morning and we could enjoy a couple of fun hours there with the kids. I wish the hotel had referred to it as a gesture of trying to solve my disappointment - now I just happened to know it was there.

The hotel is quite close to a railway station within 200 meters walk range, therefore it is convenient for my family to go to anywhere in the city. The breakfast is substantial for my stomache, and the yougurt is excellent. In addition, there is a dining hall in the market hall opposite to the hotel, and I found a favorite grilled fish at one stand and had it twice in two consecutive days. The reception desk ordered the taxi for our last day's trip to the harbour. Because it is too early in the morning and there was not enough time for the breakfast, and the waitress provided our child with a package food. Thank you.

The hotel was excellent value and quality. The location was excellent to explore the town and old town. The room was spacious with enough room for two people. Loved that the shower was powerful and hot and good selection of toiletries. There’s a great selection to choose from at breakfast, so will suit every one’s tastes. I would recommend you go earlier in the morning as it gets very busy around 10am but nice and peaceful around 7am

The only small gripe I had was the mattress topper. It kept sliding off the base, causing me to feel like I was falling off the bed. It should be secured better rather than just loose on top.

The location is excellent and around 12 minutes/SEK99.00 by Uber fm the Arlanda Express. The room size variety is extensive and all are equally clean and perfectly appointed however be aware to check the price as well as the dimensions to ensure you get what you need. Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, even by European standards the variety is seemingly endless. It really is great and the panoramic views to be had are the icing on the cake. Did I mention the omelette kitchen…yes you should. A 3 course breakfast is now a thing. The staff are sublime.

The entrance is in desperate need of updating and general bit of love, it does you a disservice.
