The room is perfect for a couple, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is nice too, not too far from the city center so it's relatively easy to get around. The hotel is very nice, super clean and friendly staff. I would highly recommend!

On our first night the room was a bit cold, the heating was not working properly due to the temperature suddenly dropping. But after I told staff about it, they fixed it. Also, the breakfast buffet is not suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We, as vegetarians, had very little selection of foods to choose from. And for vegans, it would be almost impossible to eat anything from the breakfast buffet. So this would be my main complaint. For vegans and vegetarians, I would recommend to visit The Green Queen instead which is nearby (about 10 mins walking from the hotel).

Despite an initial mistake (we got a communicating room, but we didn’t ask for it), we requested a new, non-communicating room, and we were able to swap immediately. The room was very nice, bright, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was perfect; we slept very well. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, a TV, a kettle, and a small wardrobe. The private bathroom was also nice, furnished with an ample supply of towels, a practical shower, a huge mirror (loved it), and good lighting. We truly appreciated the breakfast, which offered a vast selection of food. The location is excellent, since it's only 5 min from metro station (Thorildsplan).

The absence of the bidet in the bathroom (but we know it's basically an "italian thing"); cleaning is good, but I think it needs to be improved.

We asked for connected rooms and got them. In prior communication they only told be that "they would do their best" and couldn't guarantee connected rooms which was a bit stressful when traveling with children. The breakfast was substantial and diverse, there is a sauna and a well equipped gym. The beds were comfortable. They have two large luggage carts for guest use, the waiting area in the lobby is well equipped with lounge sofas, chairs and tables.

The check-in was late, we got one room at 15:00 but the second one was ready only at 16:30. Given that they still provided us with connected rooms I guess it's ok.

Nice and clean hotel and staff, excellent breakfast, just a bit out of the centre, but buses and underground at walking distance. Also very good restaurant in the hotel if one does not want to eat out.

Location is not so convenient to reach by public transport if you have heavy suitcases as the hotel entrance is placed a bit "hidden" from buses/metro road. Suffered a bit from windows that could not be opened in the room, so needed to have air on all the time, but otherwise all good. Pity that reduced Skansen tickets (usually available) were not available during our stay.

Quite a good location - 3-5 mins walk from metro station/bus stop. Very good breakfasts with variety of choices. Rooms are clean, well equipped and perfectly isolated from the traffic noise around. Good internet connection. Beds are super comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff was really helpful, very kind and smiled. Quick check-in and check-out.

just one, a really minor - ventilation/AirConditioning was a bit too intensive, even with the lowest fan setting (only for the third bed in the room, does not apply to the main bed)

First of all: the staff. Always friendly, smiling and willing to help. This goes for both the reception staff as well as the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel is located in a convenient location with easy subway-access and plenty of restaurants in a 10 minute walking radius. The room itself was very large with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to open a suitcase. The bathroom was large as well. The breakfast had a huge variety of options, all of which were good to excellent. We dined at the restaurant once, the quality of the food was excellent as well. This was an excellent stay value-for-money wise.

The room felt like it needed a renovation, in particular the bathroom with a dated design, a toilet with a loose seat, a shower with a small showerhead and a lot of chalk build-up. We stayed for seven nights but housekeeping never vacuumed our room (despite us asking reception to asking housekeeping to do so), so by the final three days the floor was starting to get quite dirty. Housekeeping should have spotted that themselves without us asking but sadly they never cleaned the floor at all.

Good location (5 min walk to Thorildsplan Metro train station., Friendly and helpful staff. Good clean room and we were provided a single bed for our child. We arrived before check in time and requested our luggage to be left at luggage room so that we can come back after check in commences. The receptionist kindly checked us in straight away as a room was available. Great breakfast too. Overall a great experience staying at this hotel.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. My only recommendation would be to have USB ports in the room to charge mobile phones.

The breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful and only fell short with instructions on taking a taxi which ended up not well. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the hotel and will stay again. Although not in the center or near attractions, we used the metro and buses and the station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. From there we were able to go all about town. But, there is not much to be seen in that neighborhood. We normally find hotel restaurants to be rather poor but this one had a very nice restaurant, good food and we ate there twice.

It had everything you needed and the location was perfect. Close to the river to walk along with Cafes and restaurants and lovely walk into the city centre and Gamla Stan. We walk everywhere though. Breakfast was great with a great choice, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had the biggest gym I’ve ever seen with everything for a good work out or a nice jog with several tracks near the hotel.

I loved my stay at Courtyard. The staff were very quick upon arrival and the room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfy and my sleep was perfect - I am used to staying in noisy hotels so it was very nice for it to be constantly quiet. The location was perfect for getting some steps in, but also amazing as a metro station for the central line is a brisk walk away. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Stockholm again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
