The fact that it was quiet and you received a good degree of privacy and autonomy was appreciated. Most of it was clean, and the décor was nice and modern and tidy. It looked fresh. The beds were comfy and it was never cold in the room. The balcony was quite nice too, though the view is nothing spectacular. The curtains were nice and large. The location is not so good with regard to the centre of town however there are connections and utilities within walking distance for groceries and buses into the town proper, both of which take about a ten to twenty minute walk to get to. We also liked the fact that unlike many places nowadays, we actually had a physical key as opposed to a key card. For checking out, you can drop it off at reception at any time, without needing to consort with any of the staff.

Minor grievances with this property: TV does not have proper channels, only Smart TV apps, some of which were logged in to other accounts already. Also the TV was poorly situated above the dining table. Some of the cutlery and kitchenware was inadequately cleaned and there could be more kitchen equipment. For longer stays, a larger fridge might be better. Perhaps more cleaning products too could be useful, and somewhere to empty your rubbish once the bins are full. Wi-Fi was quite slow most of the time and was inconsistent.

For longer stays a great place to be. An apartment with comfy beds, easy free parking on the premises and only 15 minutes by bus (bus stop 5 min walk, bus ride 10 min) to Central Station. Easy to communicate with staff, despite potential language barriers. The laundry room is very handy and easy to book. The place is a bit lively with construction workers, families, couples and solo travellers with different purposes. So, in short, just like living in any ordinary city housing.

For a solo traveller no problem, but for couples the place should have more kitchenware, so you are not forced to wash the sets of cutlery, plates, cups and glasses after every meal. In my case the promised cleaning of once it the week took 8 days, but the cleaning itself was great. For longer stays it would be nice to have fresh bed sheets and towels in the mid of the stay, not at the end. But as a solo traveller it was easy to use the other duvet, pillow and towels for the 2nd person that I did not have during this stay.

The accommodation is absolutely excellent given the price. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood but it is just about 3 - 5 mins for a bus which takes you to a central Uppsala in just 12 mins. The place seems brand new and contains all necessities.

The accommodation is a low-budget place (as one would expect based on the price) so you get just the absolute necessities - eg. two forks, two knives, two plates etc. It would be more comfortable to get more cutlery and towels, but then the price would have been higher so overall, this does not diminish the experience.

Breakfast not provided, cleaning of room not done on daily basis, should have cleaned daily and provide supplies. Without personal car, it's difficult to commute from the facility to other locations. Email communication was delayed to provide with the access code. No one was available on reception or over phone to provide access upon arrival. Hence had to stay in another hotel for the first night with spending lots of extra money.

No comment on the breakfast as such no comment for that. The challenge I have was final arrangements with regard to the how to get the keys to the building when the receptionist is not in the office. Also, the procedures to follow concerning payments. With regard to the location, I like it because I enjoyed walking in park in the neighbourhood.

It would be good if information regarding how to access the building keys and payment process can be communicated at least three days in advance or frequent communication for the clients traveling from abroad for their convenient.

Well equiped, clean, modern, spacious, quiet.

"Bikes not allowed inside" announced on the entrance door, but never mentionned on the web site, or booking.com, or in any other communication before arrival on site. My e-bike is too expensive to be left outside, so this was a real blow and headacke for the length of my stay. The WiFi is totally unreliable, with drops in bandwidth that make it all but unusable at times when I needed it for work (sounds like the whole building uses streaming services on the room TVs, bad idea...)/

The apartment's description on Booking.com was accurate. It was spacious for 2 adults. The apartment met its basic function for the price. The laundry was good.

The parking lot was full of cars if you returned after 7 PM. It is undersized for the number of apartments. The location, being out of the city, meant that a car was required to get to the apartment. People just left their washing in the washing machines and dryers without returning at the appropriate time to clear them for other people to use. Therefore holding up other people. There should be more checks by the property manager to ensure that the machines are cleared.

The receptionist helped with every question/request. It's all about people, and her attitude and shinning personality improved the impression of this otherwise simple hotel (thank you!). This accommodation has a perfect location. The rooms include everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was the best choice I could make.

I didn't receive the passwords to get to my keys - so if I did not arrive when the reception was open, I would have been unable to get into my room.

Large rooms with double bed and comfortable couch, that can be used as a third bed in case of need. A real kitchen with induction stove, oven fridge, where you can easily cook. The hotel is new and large, with so many rooms that you can always find one free. A fair price in case of long staying.

Some clients used to park their cars on the entrance paved sidewalk and not in the parking place with gravel, we were forced to walk on gravel with our stroller because cars occupied the sidewalk. Some parts of the hotel were not finished yet, like the gym and conference room.

Very clean apartment a bit outside of the centre of Uppsala. Everything was new and barely used. Not suitable for long stays in my opinion (a bit cramped for more than 1 person) but if you like things calm & tidy, this is a top pick! Free parking outside was great too.

The pillows were way too thin and soft (compared to Tempur, what I have at home). The apartment could be fitted out with some more things such as extra pillows, extra clothing hangers (there were 4), more cutlery (there was 1 or 2 of everything) and things like tea cups and bowls. However it worked for a 2-night stay.
