A modern, well managed hotel with all you would expect from this class of hotel. The room was not particularly fancy, but had all I needed - a desk, comfortable bed, wardrobe, minibar and a coffee table (plus a view of the trainstation). It seemed in a pristine condition, perfectly clean. Soundproofing of the room is perfect - the hotel is just outside a train station, but you hear no noise inside. Staff was efficient, breakfast OK (the choice was not overwhelming, but adequate).

Not much to complain about, I was happy with the hotel The wifi worked well, but sometimes a bit slow. The breakfast room was a bit crowded around 7:30, because of a conference in the hotel, but I could always find a place.

The hotel is modern and stylish, the rooms are very spacious and have a great selection of amenities available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are available at reception 24/7. The location is perfect for accessing travel options (train and bus), exploring the city and there are a variety of great restaurants nearby, including a couple of options on site (I tried The Bishops Arms and would recommend for a tasty meal and bustling atmosphere). Would definitely recommend! A+ Also, as a solo traveler, I find the added security of needing a room key to access the elevator a bonus!

It can sometimes become a little crowded around the reception desk area, which is opposite where you exit the elevator. The congestion can make it tricky to get past without having to navigate through several people.

Location. Close to the rail station and town centre. Very good reception area, access to the rooms. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Room was very good standard, no faults found. Tea/coffee making facilities. WiFi worked well. Complimentary coffee in the reception area. Overall very good value for money.

Perhaps should have checked the hotel's own website nearer the time for breakfast times. I picked the hotel based on 06:00 start but that was obviously winrer/spring. For high summer it started an hour later. We were offered a takeaway bag, but only had roll and apple so not quite the ideal alternative for the usual buffet.

Good breakfast although some of the hot food is lukewarm. Very quiet room. No cleaners knocking on doors to move you on. Convenient for trains and buses.

Not much public space. Ground floor is given over to very extensive breakfast space that is only used for 3 hours a day maximum. It is connected to a pub that is remarkably busy, a stark contrast to the hotel which is always deserted, but of course you are required to buy food or drink to use it.

The location was ideal, both for getting to Uppsala and catching local buses. Despite the constant traffic outside, there was no sound disturbance. The room was a good size, with chairs (not the bed) to sit on. The staff were very helpful in getting our flight boarding cards printed for our departure the next day.

It was strange that there were no teaspoons in the Nobel at breakfast.

Staff were very attentive and super helpful with info about how to navigate public transpo. Easy access to train station. Room was very comfortable and amenities were just right. Great breakfast with lots of options.

Shower set up - water leaks everywhere because shower stall is 2 glass doors

Elite Hotel Academia is a modern hotel,very clean room, and very reasonable price. The major difference between the standard rooms and superior rooms is the location in the lower floors or the higher floors. chuMs. Jasmine, general manager of the hotel is keen an to listen to the customers/members and find flexible solution so as keep the good reputation of the hotel by making happy and satisfied customers/members.

The best breakfast I have had in any hotel with all that my son and I enjoyed. The beds were really good for a hotel. The bathroom was first class. Even though we were right next to the railroad tracks, the room was incredible quiet.

The room temperature. We were a little cold in the room either from the temperature or excess air movement in the rooms (we experienced the same problem in two different rooms) and could not change the temperature. For that reason alone, we preferred staying in the Radisson Blue Hotel just across the railroad tracks.

Breakfast was excellent, but the staff was my reason for giving such a good response. They went above and beyond in helping our stay be memorable.

The only help I could give for someone staying as long as us would be to change the breakfast offerings now and then. Maybe the addition of some bakery items would be easy enough - like cinnamon rolls.
