~The location is very convenient. ~Staff are friendly. ~Free entrance at Bernaqua was really amazing and fun for the kids. ~Access to the mall and Bernaqua as well as gas station also next to it. ~Free transportation to the city. And next to train station. ~Breakfast is nice. Must get. ~Aircon is good. ~Bed is comfortable.

The dinner that we purchased included in the hotel booking is not worth it. I got one pasta dish with salad. Only 3 options and not so amazing. It is okay but not worth the money. Might be better to get ala carte or eat in one of the restaurants inside the mall.

The location was excellent. Next door to the train station where travel into Bern was free. Next to the shopping Mall where a good supermarket meant we could pick up supplies etc.

Rooms were very basic and not the most comfortable of beds. No robes/slippers etc were available and the air con was a little hit and miss. No fridge in room either which would have been nice to have.

Perfect location - right in front of the railway station and in a large trading center. And of course, the right to use Bernaqua for 3 hours per night is a wonderful bonus. Good breakfast @CHF25

Promised "range of free toiletries" consisted of a bottle of liquid soap and same of a shampoo - that was all. A bit scanty for a 4star hotel. Also a complementary bottle of mineral water would be normal for a hotel of this level, but the owners decided differently. My room was on the 8th floor, which was meant to be the privileged floor for members, but every morning I was woken up by numerous monstrous blows on the walls from above. It felt as if the whole building was jumping and the walls were vibrating because of these blows - very uncomfortable. It must have been repairs, but there should have been a warning, at least.

The room was a bit dark. I used the bernaqua only for 45minutes on the first night due to the late check out. Next morning I wanted to use the gymm but I was informed I could not do it as I had already visited Bernaqua the night before

The location was very convenient since it was right next to the train and tram station. It was quiet at night. My son loved the water park pass and we went there every day. The hotel is located in the mall so the food court, stores and grocery stores were right there. This was the most convenient hotel in all Swiss cities due to transportation access and food options without breaking the bank. I was ready to spend less after spending 70 to 90 Swiss Francs for a meal for two of us every day. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Good breakfast.

No refrigerator and microwave in the room. Refrigerator available upon request. Microwave use not allowed. Not an upscale place but clean and decent.

Location was perfect for a wellness weekend. Direct access to Bernaqua what is definitely a bonus. Quiet location, access to shopping center, bars,restaurants. Even if you want to go to downtown you can take the tram front of the hotel.

The cocktail bar could improve- more choices, more fancy glasses, herbs, decorations usage for cocktails.

The hotel room was clean and cozy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was a bit far from the centre but we were provided with a free travel pass for the entire stay in the city and the tram station in a second walk.

A hand lotion was really missing.

Exceptionally friendly staff; great location. Very good breakfast. The hotel is connected to a neighboring shopping mall that has very good food court and also large supermarket. The hotel lies adjacent to a highway. Tram-/bus-/train station lies at less than 50 m from the property. A free travel ticket valid within the city of Bern during the whole stay facilitates visiting the city without the ned for the car. The staff responded directly to our messages requesting information before check in and also thereafter. Our request to have a minibar in our rooms was directly accomplished. We are grateful for this kind hospitality.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is right next to a train stop. Lots of options for breakfast. Best part is the 3hrs free per guest per day entry to Aquapark next door.
