Nice hotel and café on the ground floor. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The rooms on the top floor (3rd floor) are very warm on sunny days as there is no air conditioning. A fan is in the room but it was very noisy. You can open the windows at night to get some sleep as it cools down then.

The room was big, bright, very clean I could walk without slippers even in bathroom. I also left my baby playing on the floor. It was very pleasant and exceptional clean ! We had acccess to balcony so could eat dinner with nice view of sunset. Bathroom was bright, shiny, big, very clean. I loved it ! Breakfast was full of choices, just missing fresh vegetables, and it was a bit confusing- the stuff asked for room number while serving coffee and we didn't know if it will be extra paid or not, and if we could get only one cup or more.. However everything was perfect and excellent! I will recommend and come back again !

We asked for one double bed but the pushed two single beds together. Could not have sex as the beds keeps moving apart. Breakfast could be better and should keep cheese separate from meat to accommodate all.

I booked a 2 persons room ( and it was a large bed), but they asked 30 CHF more as we were 2. it might be my fault when I did the booking but it’s strange to charge 30 CHF for a second person in a 2 persons room

it was warm during our stay and the room has a fan that works well except it’s remote controlled and it seemed like the other rooms could control our fan which made a loud beep every time a commend was sent. we were woken up both nights by loud beeping from the fan…not sure if it’s their fault though.

The staffs are very friendly and professional! Parking is underground and quite convenient. breakfast provided a variety of food choices. overall, It is very value for money and the quality of service is absolutely beyond the price!

The croissants where out of this world. Great breakfast. Casual atmosphere. Loved the balcony. Garage was easy to use.

It would be nice to have more pillows. It seems the standard in Switzerland to have very soft pillows. Not everyone is used to that. An extra pillow could do the trick.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable so we slept well. Spotlessly clean room! The breakfast was ample and varied.

The only criticism we had was that the bathroom lacked a mounted magnifying mirror for shaving or applying make up.

To me my stay was a pleasant one. The room and bathroom were clean with no strange smells and with enough supplies (towels, soap..). The environment was quiet and the staff nice. Location was also convenient.
