Our pet was welcomed in the room, it was small but with a playful design that allowed us to be comfortable. We had a room in the last floor and the views were great, we had a horse training facility right in front of us. We could park our car for free and were given free passes for the tram. The price was very fair considering it is Switzerland.

It would be helpful if there is a clear sign at the entrance to the parking from the street. We got confused on how to enter with the car since the way in and the way out are the same but it's not really indicated.

-Standard room like in every other Ibis Budget hotel (the bunk beds can be annoying above the double bed as you can bang your head at night if not careful) -Great receptionists, very professional and friendly -We also got free public transport tickets in the city for the duration of our stay. -Not close to amenities, but close to the tram stop so you can take that into beautiful Bern town center and be there in around 15 mins. This was ok for us as we wanted to be close to the motorway.

-Parking is very expensive! Be weary of that, since you will pay less for the hotel, but if you stay too long, the parking cost can really increase that cost so make sure it's worth it... (this was kind of offset with the free public transport tickets) -Not very friendly kitchen staff. She got angry with us because we had taken breakfast about 30 mins before closing and she rushed us, also breakfast is quite expensive and not worth it compared to breakfast in the town. -A bottle of water can get very expensive (we paid 6 swiss francs). Be sure to take water with you or drink tap water as apparently it's safe in Switzerland (we found out after).

We were in IBIS Budget Hotel, it was simple but served our purpose. The room was well planned with everything we needed, it was modern, quiet and clean and that was important for us. Staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was busy due to Expo nearby. The parking spaces were often full when we got home and tight, many people have SUVs which take up more space but we did manage to find a place to park ever day. They helped us out at the reception every time.

We were actually happy with everything, drinks on the bar were expensive but it was Switzerland after all.

The hotel is out of the main city area by the main Expo hall, the regular trams allowed us to access the main city areas easily. The staff were very helpful and held onto our lost luggage when it arrived from the airline. Communication with the hotel before our staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. The receptionist changed our room so we could face the equestrian centre. Gave us a city maps and suggested places to visit for our short stay.

The beds were not as comfy as we’d hoped and could do with 2 pillows per person. However the room was very clean and accommodated all 3 of us.

I liked that the streetcar stop was right in front of the hotel. I also liked that the streetcar tickets were free with the app. The room was clean and comfortable. My child was very happy with the bunk beds!

The room did not have a hair dryer, refrigerator, or kettle. (A hair dryer was available at the reception upon payment of a deposit. Hot water was also available at the reception, but it was difficult to go downstairs every time I wanted to make milk for my child, so it would have been helpful to have it in the room.)

The young and tall guy was an amazing receptionist. He greeted us well and provided us info with transportation for easy access.. Christine in the Bar was also very approachable.and accomodating. It was my first time booking Ibis and I myself as a Manager in one of the longest and biggest self storage company in Singapore also can tell that they both did a great job. Excellent service. Thumbs up!

The breakfast was excellent, the parking was convenient (but not free), the location was much better than expected. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room was a bit cramped, and not soundproof. Even on the 10th floor, traffic sounds and workers outside were plainly heard. Crows in the trees were very loud each evening and morning. There was no actual "bathroom." Just a shower stall, and a tiny toilet stall. The sink was very small and next to the bed. There was very little room to maneuver, though the beds were comfortable.

It’s located right next to a tram station, so really convenient. The room is a minimal, clean room with a double bed, and a bunk bed. Shower is quite see through, and the sink is located outside the bathroom.

Parking places are really narrow, so you’ll have trouble parking an above average sized vehicle. There’s no bed side plug points, but there’s three swiss style plugs near the tv.

Tram station is so close to the hotel. It is like couple of minutes to walk to the station. You can use public transportation for the city center easily. Thanks to hotel, they offered me free transportation app. Room was so clean and bathroom had hot and cold water very well. Outside parking was wide enough. Hotel personnel was so kind and helpful. As a result, this hotel highly recommended for Bern visit.

This room was adorable and cozy with soft beds and clean linens - just what we craved after some chaotic experiences in the days prior. We felt safe and warm and the central location in Bern felt secure and easy.

The layout was probably meant for couples instead of friends because the shower was this extremely transparent glass. You could see EVERYTHING. We had to communicate in order to not see things we didn't want to see.
