Beautiful room and the view was stunning over the lake. Reception staff helpful. Restaurant on site was wonderful for a special evening meal (breakfast worth it for the views only, food selection basic).

What looks like a beautiful outside infinity pool is actually just a water feature which was disappointing. Spa and gym access is an additional cost for hotel guests which seems unreasonable given it is meant to be a luxury hotel and not cheap!

It was a beautiful stay at Baron Tavernier. The views on Christmas morning were breathtaking. Walking around the grounds and the church bells ringing out locally just fabulous. Looking across at the Alps.

There is nothing really much to complain about minor things. But Denis was absolutely outstanding and so helpful, a great guy, and very accommodating. The only thing they might consider when paying that money for stay they should provide a pool and spa inclusive of the price.

Amazing views from the balcony over the vineyards and Geneva lake. Large and luxurious room. Lots of things to do nearby (Lavaux, Montreux, Lausanne…) Nice garden.

The hotel itself is quite old, this is particularly visible in the common rooms (hallway and stairs, very small elevator). The rooms themselves have been nicely renovated but some of the furniture (including that on the balcony) could use an upgrade.

Beautiful location with views to die for. Beautiful spacious and modern rooms and bar/restaurant. Located in a small Swiss village with a fantastic bakery nearby.

The only downside would be that you have to pay extra to use the small fitness room. For the price, it would be nice if this was included to all paying hotel guests.

The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.

My room Number 21 (single) was a bit small and got easily hot just with the morning sun, despite of closing the curtains.

The room size & view (lake, vineyards, mountains, etc.) was really nice. We appreciated the upgrade for 1 night as we booked diff rooms per availability for 2 nights. Le Deck bar was a great hang out place in the eve & Illia, a young server was smart, friendly and courteous.

The room service can be more proactive (e.g., refilling toiletries). The restaurant for dinner had very ltd. veg options for the expensive price of the meal.

Great location and lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Food at the hotel Restaurant was also very good and well worth the experience.

It was very hot when we stayed and our room did not have AC. Appreciate that is an old building but that would have been a bonus.

The hotel is beautiful located in the middle of the Lavaux terraced vineyards with a stunning view over the lake Geneva towards the Alps. I can only recommend to book a room with lake view. The hotel was very clean and staff was always friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

As mentioned by others, the breakfast is a bit on the pricy side. If more fresh and local ingredients would be offered, like fresh juices or real scrambled eggs, it would be actually okay - but the current price-quality relation needs improvement.
