We really liked the position of the hotel as it is just in front of the train station of Vevey. Although it is so near the train station and a small square, the room was super nice and pretty quiet (some noise in the morning but it is also a renovated old building). The hotel and the staff are very nice and helpful and we got the Riviera Card that gives you free transportation around Vevey/Montreux and discounts on activities. Plus point, the room has a luggage chair attached to the wall that can open and close and really saves a lot of space. Overall very satisfied.

The night curtain could close a bit better as in the evening (night illumination) and in the morning some light was still coming in so it was never dark. Our room only had a bathtub/shower so it may be difficult for some guest to enter it but maybe other rooms have a classical shower. It did not bother us.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we were very pleased both times. We had a lovely room with a small balcony, it was modern, air conditioned and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel is close to everything so we could reach all of the things we wanted on foot, however a free transportation card was also provided. We booked without breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel on the last morning, it was nice to have this flexible option. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our requests!

We would have liked a bit more fresh fruit and vegetable varieties at breakfast, especially for the price. Otherwise everything was fine. The bathroom seems to be less newly renovated than the rest of the room, but everything was clean and functioning well!

The room itself was modern and of a decent size. It was comfortable although not luxurious. The location was excellent being 1 minute from the train station and 10 minutes from the lakeside and old town. Staff were professional. Check in and checkout was easy.

A double bed was provided as requested although with two single duvets. A double would have been much more comfortable and warm. The view from the room was just to another building, nothing special or even inviting. There was no late room service so on arriving late after a flight delay I had to order take away pizza be delivered

The room was very clean, spacious, with quality beds and decent size bathroom. The location is excellent, 1' from rail station (you don't hear it) and 5' walk to the lake. Staff very kind and accommodating, we requested late check out and they kindly confirmed it within minutes! Good value with more than average services and excellent location. Also has a rich breakfast and a good restaurant on ground floor.

The size of the television, although it wasn't small.

The room was quiet area of the hotel but had no view! We had a dinner at the main restaurant which was very good. Great service and delicious dinner. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The bathroom facilities were bit awkward. The shower door was too narrow and the shower water was overflowing onto the floor. The sink was located at an odd position just under a broad shelf that made it difficult to wash your face or hands. My wife did not like the lighting in the room which made it difficult for grooming or makeup.

Breakfast was delicious and coffee that they provided to the table was great. I liked coffee service at the breakfast. Bread selection was great also. They also had several kinds of fruits, cheese. I stayed at studio type room and it was great for long stay. Location was also great for long stay. It was right in front of train station and grocery store.

Water blocker in the bathtub didnt work properly. Sometimes water fell down to the bathroom floor a lot from the shower. It was a bit loose.

Very positively surprised, expected less. At the railway station (the reason for my choice), very kind polite staff, clean, perfect size room, tidy, close to everything, all you need for a business trip.

Probably coffee and tea facilities in the room could have been nice to have.

Large and clean rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location - convenient to train station, local restaurants, and Lake Geneva! Staff was helpful and accommodated every request we made. Very good food and service in the restaurant! Perfect hotel for friends and/or families. Strongly recommend.

Outside bar area was smoky at night.

Great location directly opposite Vevey train station. Room was clean and quiet. Good internet (had to work from the room the afternoon I arrived). Was in Vevey to attend Montreaux Jazz Festival. Free transport and only 5-10 minutes on the train to Montreaux. Would definitely stay here again. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Early check in was accommodated when requested (2 pm versus 4 pm).

The room was expensive for just a single (about 200 CHF including city tax), but appreciate it was during the Montreaux Jazz.

The location was great. Breakfast was excellent!!

The bathroom tub was rather difficult to get in and out of. The shower was hand held and with a partial door it was easy for the water to go on the floor . The partial shower door was dangerous because it moved.
