Absolutely stunning setting with an amazing view from the pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is possible to get the train down to Vevey which is a beautiful town with great walks along the lake.

The hostess has many rules and does not appreciate anyone arriving early even though we had e-mailed to ask if it was ok to park our car prior to checking in. Be aware check in is at 4.00 and the pool is closed at 7.00 when the hostess will collect all pool towels and close down the pool area. Some noise from the 2 train lines.

View, location and the character of the house

The owner had her room open and her TV on most of the time. We arrived earlier than check.in time and instead of making us feel comfortable in the garden, she asked WHY we arrived early.

Absolutely exceptional views and a short walk to the beach. We booked the room with the terrace and it was definitely worth it. We were somewhat concerned about our stay having read so many negative reviews but we honestly didn't have any problems. The owner checked us in and out and we never saw her again. She was friendly enough. Staff at breakfast also looked after us. It's a really beautiful place to stay that. Everything was clean and everything was provided.

The view from the little terrace at our room was fantastic. The hosts gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. There were plenty of choices for breakfast.

The book of rules in our room was outdated and did not match what the host said as we came in. (This was mainly about the time for breakfast, but we were also a bit confused about how to enter the property after hours, make sure to listen carefully to the instructions when you check in)

The view of the lake was spectacular from our room. The finish of the room was of high quality with plenty of accessories for typical traveller. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a great choice and quality

The pillows were flat but this seems to be everywhere we have been in this country. We also would have benefited with a car as the walk to the accommodation from Vevey station was mainly up hill

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD EVERY THING YOU WOULD NEED.

It would have been nice to be able to get a drink in the Evening. i did ask the lady a few times if i could pay cash at the B&B and she said i could but she took the money 7 days before from my credit card . which caused me to pay exchange rate. which i was annoyed about.

The location, the room and the pool were amazing, very good breakfast. Everything was super clean, modern bathroom. Very sweet cleaning lady.

The owner / hostess was a bit overbearing. She seems to mean well but it comes across as a bit rude. Didn't ruin the stay for us, but it definitely made us uncomfortable at times.

The pool. Very clean. Close to train, however wish we had been more informed that there was a train close to the property. We only knew of the main station in vevey so ended up walking with our luggage on hot day to property. Cute place. Loved the cats!

Room was hot. Fan not super efficient.

I was horrified after reading the reviews, but was very positively surprised. The views are stunning, our bedroom was a good size. The trains were barely noticeable. Slept really well. Will hopefully come back.

Didn’t bother us, but worth noting that the property is between 2 train tracks. Swiss trains are not noisy.

views of Lake Geneva were to die for. The Infinity pool was a real dream. The continental Breakfast was extensive and really delicious. Bed was wonderfully comfortable and shower was excellent. All amenities were there to use. The bus is just a short walk away for easy access to Montreaux.
