Wonderful and polite staff at the reception. Nice wellness and swimming pool area. Great location. Room was big enough and comfortable. Exceptionally clean.

Very soft and flat pillows. Our fault for not asking for extra, which I am sure we would have received without an issue. At the same time, it would have been nice if there were some additional ones in the room. The hotel was extremely busy during our stay and breakfast area was packed with people. It was clear that staff there could be better organized and more efficient.

Everything is so well organised for your ski gear storage with a very comfortable shuttle service to the ski lift . would definitely stay again !!

For a hotel of this size , quality, it would have been nice to have some tea making facilities in our room , not much in the fridge either.

People bringing a dog should be mindful of the €25/day charge. The vegetarian restaurant menu did not clearly list allergens.

The Adula is truly wonderful - - quiet location, comfortable rooms, great spa and big swimming pool, excellent helpful staff, fantastic breakfast buffet. Couldn't wish for a better hotel!

Very very friendly staf. We felt very welcomed. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, excellent location in Flims. Storage for bikes is great. Despite my feedback below, I would come back next time.

We checked in late on Friday (we arrived after work) and then we got told on Sunday (leaving day) we could t enjoy the garden and pool area anymore after 12… feels a little harsch and unfriendly. Understand they want to make sure guests get space but it basically means we could enjoy it only on Saturday. A bit more understanding would have been appreciated. Good to know.

Really lovely hotel, we had a family suite which was a good size and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast and lunch. We also ate in the vegetarian restaurant which was delicious. Great outdoor pool. Whole hotel really clean and lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be returning!

…for the extremely friendly, helpful staff on the front desk. Loved the comfortable lobby/lounge area - begged to be chilled out in. Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed (except tea/coffee making facilities). Generous balcony.

Spa was lovely if a little limited - the quiet room is for my taste a bit ‘closed in’ and the spa could have done with another dry sauna. A bit dated in decor. Didn’t like that kids could play in the sole bad.

A very friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location in Flims. The staff are all very helpful, a great shuttle to the lifts and a comfortable lounge to relax in.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and water wasn’t refilled every day.
