A very cosy, friendly hotel.. The rooms and in particular the beds were very comfortable. Balconies had views of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was good and staff very attentive. Parking at the hotel and place to store ski equipment was very convenient. There was a frequent bus shuttle to and from the Flims cable car close by otherwise walkable in ski boots. Good WiFi better than at home! We found this cosy and comfortabe hotel very good value and we would stay here again if in Flims. 

We had the best stay. Everything was exactly like we hoped for and even better, the staff was very nice and flexible. We had our baby with us and they were very accommodating and helped in any way they could, no extra charges. I honestly haven’t had such good service in Switzerland before and we have visited a lot of hotels.

Everything was great: Rooms, beds, breakfast and dinner, staff was super nice and helpful. They let us store our luggage until we checked in and also after we checked out, so we could ski comfortably on Saturday and Sunday which we are super grateful for! This was a huge convenience for us. And all this for a reasonable price.

Momo was great - super friendly- he made super cocktails and made us all feel very comfortable . location was great , right by the bus stop Underground parking was very convenient All the staff from reception to bar to breakfast were all super friendly, helpful and totally awesome

New renovated rooms, nice bath, the staff was friendly and the location is very near the slopes. Drying room for boots and skis very accessible. Good views to Flims from the balcony, and very comfortable mattress. Plus free parking if available.

The room had a bit smell of smoke, perhaps from the people working on the renovation. I am quite sensitive to that. The boots did not dry properly in the drying room. Walls a bit noisy. Breakfast was great, but I would appreciate if there was a toaster for the bread. No hairdryer in the room.

The staff were really friendly and there was a great atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed a buffet dinner one evening too.

They could have provided robes for the sauna, but otherwise everything was great.

The staff were all warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, they cater to vegans and they even had plant milks. They have a great sauna and a bar area where you can hang out with enough space to socially distance.

Everything was very good. The only reason I didn't put the score over 8 was because the beds weren't large or luxury enough and it would've been amazing to have a pool or jacuzzi (but I usually don't expect that at these prices).

Very friendly and helpful staff! The best bartender in the town Momo! They also give you local tips if interested. Clean. Quiet rooms.

The facilities are a bit outdated when compared to my visit 4 years ago .

Clean and nicely laid out. Rooms large and bed’s comfortable.

Booked the one night of the week when restaurant closed but recommended restaurant nearby which more than made up for it.
