Could be uncomfortable for more than one person 👇🏻👇🏻 Blinds only worked first day then it stopped working (maybe got disabled by building managers) . If this what happened you should inform the customer.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 No brush to clean the WC. Noises from shower and wc reach to the bedroom (no sound isolation) extra noises generated from lavatory inside the room , movement detector for light in the toilet. Too Small desk to put the bag on Bed make noise when turning Control panel instructions are better put just beside the control panels not only on TV No kettle for hot water inside the rooms.

The room was well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the lake. Wif Fi was good and there was a good choice of TV channels with a reasonable selection in English. Very good sound insulation in the rooms. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The shuttle service to the airport was helpful too. Staff were all really helpful.

More choice on the hot breakfasts. There was a free coffee station as there are no drinks facilities for drinks in the room but that disappeared after the first night.

Quiet location Free parking in secure garage/carpark under the hotel Rooms were clean with hairdryer, iron and ironing board and several sockets and USB Restaurant staff were lovely Christine at reception/ Mission Control was absolutely amazing, she was so warm and welcoming through out the whole stay. The lady at check in was also very helpful but unfortunately remember her name. The only thing I would note is that the actual shower cubicle is in the bedroom itself with frosted glass, with the light on you can see a silhouette- probably not ideal if you are not travelling as a couple etc

Loved Everything. Free tea and coffee and dining longue area. Open covered lounge room with lovely view on upper levels.Very Helpful staff. Free shuttle to airport. Excellent spot very easy access to Geneva. Lovely little town Coppet. Walking distance 15 mins to a well stocked supermarket. Bed can be fixed upright to watch TV and lowered to sleep. TV can be made to use your netflix. Power shower and overhead rain shower both great with beautiful smelling shampoo , body lotion and soap provided.

Did not take a breakfast as its £22 sf

Very expensive restaurant on site and no other option for lunch or supper A bit far out of Geneva It’s a bit far from the lake to be called hotel Geneva Lake . Yes the view is in the distance but Name is misleading especially as we don’t know the areas at all Toilet had a slight smell . I asked housekeeping to clean it but it was still there it’s a new hotel so housekeeping needs to look after it

Great location. Very friendly staff. Very modern and hi tech if you like that sort of thing.

No restaurant at present which is coming soon but was not open yet. Had an irritating locked fridge providing sandwiches and snacks which required downloading apps and then asked for card details in order to open the fridge, which I refused to submit. A friendly guest, Sam, offered to use his account to get us some food and I paid him cash. The hotel is cashless which I find ridiculous. Also charged 21CHF to park my car??

A lovely place. It’s brand new so everything is clean and modern. Very nice staff. A quick journey along the motorway (it took 12 mins) from Geneva airport using the free (spacious and clean) shuttle.

The restaurant is very nice but only has a limited menu, mainly Danish/seafood. There is not much to do in the area. It is a residential area. No shops nearby. However, it’s convenient for the motorway and travel to the airport. It’s also right next to the international school if you are visiting there.

This is a brand new hotel and it was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Alexandre (one of the people on the reception desk). The hotel is located about 10 miles away from the town center. However the hotel has its own shuttle bus that goes to the airport, from where there is a train (1 stop only) to Geneva train station. The hotel also provides a free bus transport to the nearby towns (Nyon, Coppet). Would highly recommended it.

The only disadvantage was that there was no fridge in the room.

What a fantastic hotel, staff have big smiles on their faces, always very helpful and polite I would always try and stay and recommend this hotel hotel If other yotel's on my travels are as fantastic as this one, ill be staying at those in future Room was on a totally different level to other hotels I've stayed at over the last few years, don't take my word for it Go and stay here, you'll be pleasantly very surprised These is also a fantastic restaurant around half a mile away Top food, very clean, been open 6 years Looks like 6 minutes

The hotel is nicely located outside of Geneva but still close to the center , close to the exit of the highway way in Coppet so perfect to continue with the travel , with beautiful views , everything is well designed and brand new , te rooms are perfectly dimensioned and the amenities are perfect for a short stay. The staff are well trained and efficient always eager to help and the breakfast buffet is simple but nicely prepared and good quality products but staying at the same time in the practical concept. Nice experience incredible value for your money.

I just didn’t like the charge of 22 chf for the parking for the over night stay , that was a disappointment because I was not informed in advance , some took advantage of the visitors parking in front of the building which is for free but first arrived first served there are only 10 spaces available and since we arrived late at night we were only offered the option of the paying underground parking for a large fee.
