Superb location as it is just across the main train and bus station. Within walking distance of restaurants, etc. Staffs are very helpful.

Pricey as it's facilities are limited but then it's Switzerland.

What I liked best was the location of the hotel. It was my third time to stay in the hotel and I always chose it because of its location. It is near the train, tram, and bus stations. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Lake Geneve is within walking distance. It is also near the shopping areas.

The room air-conditioning was not that good especially during the summer. I guess it was quite common in Geneva. You couldn't seem to adjust the A/C a bit colder. I could see a few homeless people in the vicinity once in a while.

Walked out of the train station, the hotel was right across the street. Room was good sized, large desk area, kettle, chair with backing. Wifi was usually good but did slow down sometimes. Tv okay, channels from across the globe. A/C was great. Froze me out which was a nice change for European rooms. Water pressure good and large bath towels. Staff pleasant. All hotels should give you a travel pass that allows free transport on buses, trams, boat taxis. So having immediate free access to travel through Geneva was great, saw a lot to include CERN which is free to visit. Parks, tourist sights, just the town itself is a great experience.

No safe in room. No coffee with kettle, only tea. Shower in tub which is hard to step in and has no safety handles to get in and out.

The facilties, location, staff and level of cleanliness were excellent. Our booking had breakfast included but we were gonna miss it one day because we had a really early tour. However, the reception staff prepared two bags (one for each) full of breakfast items for us to take on our tour. We even had enough for an afternoon snack!

I didn't really like that the hotel told us that the rooms didn't get cleaned during our stay (didn't understand why.) I don't need towels or bedsheets to be changed everyday but having the tea cups and glasses washed, for example, would have been nice, since they did go in to take out the trash.

Great central location! So easy and accessible. Lovely sized room with lots of amenities and a great shower. Plus bed was comfy (always essential!). Mostly the wonderful staff on the front desk would chat and greet us, and were very helpful and friendly. Thank you :)

The room was super hot - and opening the window to the busy noisy outdoors was our only option to cool it down... but we worked it out. Would have loved a replenishment of the tea / free coffee, and fresh towels (we were not sure if they would come around daily, but didn't). Other than that - a lovely stay!!

First of all, I would like to express my grateful to all the staff who work there, especially Eddy, Shatha, and Michael. They were very welcoming and helpful. Eddy helped me when I checked in and he explained everything very clearly. Shatha and Michael helped me when I checkout, both were kind, friendly, and helpful! Additionally, the location is excellent and the room was clean and good for price in Geneva! I'd never hesitate to stay again at this hotel!

One thing annoyed me was the fact that there was no bottle of water in the room due to some circumstances.

Very central location, right next to the train station and main public transport hub. The hotel itself is modern and cosy. The room was well equipped, we did not miss anything. You will get a PIN code to enter your room and the hotel at night - we liked it even more than a classic key or card. Getting a Geneva card by mail in advance was also convenient.

The breakfast is average, but enough if you stay for a few nights. The coffee from the coffee machine is not the best. The house keeping is only once a week. Again, not a problem, if you stay for a few days.

Opposite train station - so close we were on a train within 15 mins of waking up and packing. Easy to get to with luggage. Great location to walk from and reach the lake and restaurants and bars around town. Comfortable, modern generic but functional rooms with excellent blackout blinds and good beds. Room was quiet despite being so central. Reception is modern, fast checkin/out, and with knowledgeable and helpful staff. It felt very safe. You get a free travel card for Geneva with the hotel stay.

Nothing - it was exactly as expected. It's a simple room suited for stays where you want to be out exploring the city, not a luxury hotel break.

The location is great, close to the main station and with easy access to buses, trains, metro etc. There is ample choice of eating places and shops, with variable quality and prices, and it is at a walkable distance to the lake.

I found the room a little too small for a week-long stay and I missed a frigobar. I did not take breakfast, but saw the options weren't great for the price charged. Hot drinks were available at the common room only upon request.
