The President Wilson Hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff was very professional since the second we checked in until we checked out. The food was full of variety to satisfy all tastes, and it was very high quality food too. The whole theme of the hotel was modern and the flower arrangements was gorgeous to suit the Fall season.

That the hotel doesn't have a hair and nails salon which is a priority in Geneva.

Beautiful location opposite Lake Geneva, a short walk from the town centre. The room was very quiet, with a huge window you could open wide! The bed was super big and extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, although the shower over the bath was a bit narrow. The concierge desk was very helpful and thoughtful, going out of their way to organise a trip to Yvoire for me, and reception was quick and friendly. They also were excellent when I realised I'd left a bag of dresses in the hotel after we'd moved on. They located the bag and posted it to me quickly. The hotel is close to the main station, Cornavin, and there are some great restaurants in the back streets between hotel and station.

Good room with very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. No problem with A/C and the bathroom was functional with plenty of storage. Ability to block all light for sensitive sleepers and the room was very quiet. The pool is pretty awesome and you can eat/drink right by the pool. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

The location is a 10 min uber ride 15-20 min walk from most of the best restaurants and shopping in Geneva. Also its very windy just outside the hotel so if you have taken the time to look nice be careful.

Lovely recreational area by the pool, overlooking the Lake. Breakfast exceptional. Staff first class for help and service.

A little away from the centre of things, and food and wine v expensive. However we are seeing that everywhere in Europe, double the cost of the same in Australia.

Everything was super specially on my first day arrival Ms Pauline was so great with smily face and big heart making my family feel we at home . She gave us all the required support during our stay . Also i would like to thank Mr pascal at the concierge who arranged my train tickets and recommended me with good tour office to see all about geneva .

There is nothing i can tell here maybe tea in the room is good idea because Middle Eastern people love to take tea between time to time being important part of there culture.

First of all, the staffs are friendly, which I care about the most. Also, the location is great, very suitable for travelers who want to enjoy the view of the lake. In the middle between Palace UN and old town, you can choose to relax in the nearby park or go shopping ;)

A long hair wrapped on the showerhead, which is definitely not mine...nothing else.

Breakfast was really good, huge variety offered. Only criticism is you have to ask for the hot dishes and no menu. I wanted baked beans and they said they always have just in case but wasn't mentioned when I asked. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

everything was so perfect. staff was so professional and helpful. the hotel location was so great with a nice view to swimming pool & lake. the room was so comfortable, clean and wide. the restaurants and lounge are so nice. the welcome drink as I was requested. it’s a wonderful hotel

The morals of the staff are great, there is a fine Lebanese restaurant, whoever books in the hotel will not regret it
