Location was great. Arrived in the evening and left early the next morning for the airport, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. That said, staff was friendly, the building lobby was beautiful, and the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
There was some noise from other patrons in the hallway in the evening, but eventually quieted down. Was a bit expensive for such a short stay/not spending much time in the hotel.

loved everything. I had an issue with my booking as I did a non refundable booking for the wrong dates but they were kind enough to not only point that out but also solve my problem. everyone goes above and beyond to provide the best service. great location, food and vibe

Where to start. The location was excellent and the building was just divine. With an outdoor terrace with an exquisite bar menu I spent the evenings in utter bliss. The staff was very efficient and took care of all my needs.
Breakfast was not included in the rate although it was costing us quite a lot so I would say the value for money was where the hotel lacked.

Locations is just ideal in real center next to most beautiful part of lake. Very comfortable bad. Breakfast is great, but I prefer buffet breakfast where I can see how it looks and how much to take, and it save time.
It was not possible to order breakfast for concrete time in the morning.

very small tables in breakfast area,in keeping with the building but impractical for eating.Breakfast was good but for a 5star establishment would have expected something better ,comparable to other 5 star hotels

Loved the terrace bar overlooking the lake
There was a very annoying bright blue light in the room (on the thermostat maybe) that kept us awake. In order to get to sleep we had to cover it with tape! But it was a small thing that didn’t spoil our overall enjoyment
