1. The hotel is close to the lake (around 4-5 mins. walking) and many restaurants are nearby along with the train station. 2. Room was spacious for a hotel in Europe specifically in the downtown area. 3. They arrange for a free wheelchair during my stay as my wife had a broken leg. 4. Breakfast was ok and children under 15 were free to enter & they had pancakes for the kids. 5. Available parking within the hotel premises. 6. AC was cold

1. Bathroom size is ok but the shower area is small. 2. Parking is expensive (CHF 35 per night) and entrance/exit is difficult with tiny spaces as usual in Europe.

Would be better if they provide live egg cooking station for the breakfast, parking areas are not suitable for big families car if you are coming in a van you will have to park in other parking area (which is around 5 to 7 minutes walk away from the hotel)

location location location and amazing staff, rooms are considered at a great size compared to standards rooms in Europe. I would recommend the twin beds as they are large ones, each bed is enough for two medium sized people. For people coming from gulf countries , trust me , their A/C system is really great in summer time , you won’t suffer at all. The cleaness of the rooms and facilities were excellent. Under ground parking is available if u want to rent a car. Loved how the hotel appreciates their staff by having their pictures taken with professional photographer and use it to decor the breakfast area. It was a very beautiful thing done for the staff that I didn’t see it anywhere else honestly, well done Novotel Geneva

The drainage of the sink, shower and bath tub was really slow which was awful. One of the cleaning staff didn’t bother themselves to clean the bathroom, just changed towels made beds and cleaned WC, the rest was dirty (only happened on the last day) , The breakfast buffet was very simple compared to the priced paid! I would expected to have live cooking on weekends or at lease take orders for eggs to be made fresh.

the hotel’s location is very convenient and perfect for tourists: 5-7 minutes walking to main train station, bus station, Geneva lake (swimming site with the fountain view), cruise trip station, and loads of supermarkets and restaurants surrounding. It is well equipped and very clean. Our room has view of street and church, so peaceful. We went to Geneva during the first heat wave of summer. It was so hot outside that makes the feeling of each time coming back hotel after day trips was so amazing: nice smell and so cool inside :)). Our family had such an incredible trip and excellent stay at the hotel.

We like the hospitality services provided to us at the front when checking in and throughout our 2-night stay here. They were helpful and friendly when we asked for recommendations of places to go and eat in Geneva. The room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Thank you.

The floor of the bathroom common area is rather wet after shower as there is no outflow of water. The WC is separated and a bit far from the shower room, which we find a bit unusual.

Good size room comfortable bed location was close to train and bus station and the lake - so very convenient, but not in the most beautiful area

We felt that the price of breakfast added to our room was too expensive. 35chf each for a buffet breakfast is a lot when already paying for a room - so we found a nice but much cheaper option just near the hotel.

Location. Also, would like to extend my thanks to Naoraldin from front office staff and Ali from concierge services for responding to a technical issue in our room. In addition to one of the staff whom I missed her name arranged with a shot request a banquet cake from the hotel kitchen.

Hotel entrance can be improved

Staff was very nice and helpful. They showed me rooms and ask me what is my preference. Also asked me if I need anything. I do not have any complaints to share for my stay at Novotel hotel in centre of Geneva near Cornavin. Nearby Restaurant Tehran is great as I like Iranian food.

All good, I do not had any problems. My experience was great to stay at this place.

Recognizing that this was my first stay in the hotel, staff were extremely generous in finding me a quiet room in a good location of the hotel. They went out of their way to get me this considering I arrived at the hotel way ahead of normal check-in times. Breakfast selection was quite good as well.

The hotel gym, while adequate, did not meet my expectations based on the pictures of the facilities in the webpage.
