Alexis from the reception is EXCEPTIONAL! He went on extra miles to make my friend’s stay comfortable despite of being unable to speak foreign language. Alexis made sure our extra requests like massage (as the hotel does not have in-house spa) and courier pickup as smooth as possible. Wonderful guy!

We liked everything, the location, the cleanliness, the room size and finally the staff who are the real gems of the hotel, welcoming and helpful, a special thanks to Mr Alexis for his help, if i stay again at the property it would be thanks to him.

Nothing really bothered me, but the hotel needs a little touch of renovation for the corridors and the showers which are a bit outdated

they forgot to charge me for the transportation from train station to hotel and I thought it was a gesture, but I have asked them if it was then they said oops we completely forgot to add that then I had to sign another paper. it looks bad when you let me sign the check out papers with a certain amount then your customer remind u of something then u add it to the bill. it would’ve been like thank u for telling us this is a gift now

Location was fantastic. Hotel oozed old world charm and luxury. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The view from our room (lake-facing) was just amazing. Concierge was knowledgeable. The experience was a great start to our Swiss holiday.

Controlling the temperature in the room was a bit of a struggle.

The view from the room was beautiful and the staff were amazingly helpful in giving tips on where to go and how to get there.

The only negative I have is the bathroom, the toilet was separate from the main bathroom and didn't have a hand basin.

I felt I’m home Cleanliness Of the hotel Staff very helpful everything you need in Geneva they will never hesitate to help . Restaurants food quality the chef never hesitates to custom your dishes. Location is perfect beside train station.

Everything was perfect

we enjoyed our stay in the room with the lake view! it was modern and spacious, had a huge bathroom with a glass walk - love it:) also the staff was really professional and friendly

coffee was not great but it did not make our stay worse:)

- Nice bathroom and bathroom products. - Comfy beds. - Modern room interior with full facilities. - Friendly staff especially the lady at the concierge.

- Gave me wrong room as not with the description of booking.com (without balcony), however, they corrected the issue next day and changed the room. - Also they didn’t arrange a baby bed and baby preparation as it was requested before and already mentioned on the booking from booking.com ( they were surprised that we have a baby at check-in !! ) it was clearly miss communication between booking.com and the hotel for the booking details. - Soundproofing between rooms is not what to except at 5 stars hotel. - A/C is little weak when the weather is hot outside. - Entrance of the building from the street is very tight for car, must use the stairs (was difficult with a baby stroller).

The hotel welcomed us celebrating our occasion nicely. The location was the best. Infront of the Lake our room was beautiful with lake view and balcony! The cleaning was good the food was nice. We are happy that we chose THE RITZ CARLTON for our stay at Geneva.

I wished there was a pool. But there was a gym

- The room is clean - The staff is amazing. The staff from the concierge was knowledgeable about Geneva and suggested different locations to visit for day trips. They also helped to book some of the best local restaurants.

- not anything particular that I could think of
